My experience with Park Direct was good. Most importantly, they responded quickly. The first suggestion didn't work, but they came back with another which did.

The call handler (Alisha) was very helpful. She sorted out my query with a modicum of fuss, bypassing a load of unnecessary bureaucracy and getting straight to the heart of the matter. 10 out of 10.

A ticket mistake has been haunting me for three months, and their repeated letters demanding additional payment are driving me mad. The traffic wardens and staff involved seem utterly incompetent. Avo... See more

I paid for a parking session

I paid for a parking session, but the time shown on PCN is same as the beginning time of the paid session. PD refused my appeal saying that the effective payment was later than the session time. In fact the timing difference was only one minute.

Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculous! Parking ticket given whilst permit was on display in the car. I appealed the PCN and they have declined my appeal, sending photos of the car from every angle apart from one which would have shown the permit on display!

Park Direct are devious and deceitful…

Park Direct are devious and deceitful and do not follow the law.
They will not communicate and then pass the fine to Debt Recovery, both companies do not act lawfully.
When you complete an on line web appeal form with driver details and Park Direct ignore the information as can't be bothered to write to a serviceable address.
I will go to court as they are bullies, committing fraud and acting unlawfully. I wish you could not give any stars.
It was a parking ticket not a penalty charge notice and the governing bodies they all shirk away from these sharks.

Vile sneaky company

I was unloading tools and carrying them up 3 flights of stairs to complete some repairs in a flat, these absolute scumbags gave me an INVOICE not fine for doing this.
I hope they dont need to keep replacing signages because someone is constantly spray painting them.
I just couldnt be bothered appealing with these vile people

Con artists

Got finned by them in an area they have no jurisdiction in - told them that and they wouldnt listen. Had to get the land owner to convince them that they had no jurisdiction in the area. They still wouldnt back down, I appealed it with IAS and then they capitalised and gave up what should have never happened in the first place. Several months later they had instructed a debt recovery company to collect the same fine. Had to then go back and forth with them to eventually close it. If I never hear their name again, it would be too son. They're total cons and thieves, to say the least.

These people are absolute pond life.
If you are going to restrict a road for god sake make it visible . How you can justify charging £100 for parking on a public highway without yellow lines just baffles me . i have paid the fine as i cannot waste my life dealing with this type of mentality
Totally unprofessional oufit

They gave me a ticket in the car park

They gave me a ticket in the car park, which is for residents only, which I am a resident. Providing proof of this, with my valid permit, they still refused to revoke the ticket. I understand there polices, but want money for nothing, as for the foreign woman on the phone, clearly doesn't have a conscious, and what goes around definitely comes around. Enjoy your £8p/hr wageeee!

On Friday the 21st of January at…

On Friday the 21st of January at exactly 14.25pm. I had spoken to a member of staff who has been given a opportunity to provide a service to the general public with limited vocabulary and understanding of the English language . Yet the supervisor has the audacity to insinuate that I was coming across Prejudice as a matter of fact what she should of done was supervise the situation and use empathy by simply realising what service I was receiving I was coming from a place due to a limited communication/service barrier.

And when I complained to the supervisor Emma Watson who then decide to disregard my poor level of service the supervisor then became extremely unprofessional she does not allow you to speak , she speaks to customers in a rude manner she is condescending and passive aggressive. I mentioned that I felt intimidated by the tone and in the way she spoke to me and she continued to antagonise me and kept insinuating that I was raising my voice rather then allowing me to finish my sentence without disruption. I was trying to explain to her that I could not understand her previous colleague but instead it fell on deaf ears. The whole reason why I contacted was to discuss my outstanding ticket in which I have currently paid for in full price. In regards to that matter, I still do believe that plenty was unfair as I received the ticket that was issued on the 22nd of December and I then received it via 2nd class by Royal Mail on the 15th of January 2022. Meaning that I automatically missed the discounted grace period to pay and when I used the website to appeal there was no section to give myself an opportunity to provide evidence I also had taken screenshot of the website having crashed. Till this moment I firmly do believe that the ticket that was handed to me was unfair as there were no signs of no parking is permitted at that time as it was not visible where I parked and it could be misconceived it was free to park. However, after my ticket had been issued to me the road sign which indicates that parking is not permitted has been recently been added I have photos to provide for evidence to support my complaint of the before and after changes as I believe that I deserve the same opportunity and awareness of the new markings that the rest of the general public used to be warned about. I am sure that people do not make the same mistake as I have due to the improved awareness and the risk of a fine. I will provide pictures showing how much information was provide compared to how the markings have changed currently.

Received two parking tickets for my car…

Received two parking tickets for my car with original number plate. Photos taken a week apart. Only problem is my car was in Scotland with my new registration plate on it. I even have photographic evidence. Their telephone number doesn’t connect and have no email address. Posted back my demand to them stating this. They have now sent me demands from Debt Recovery Plus, they are equally bad. Can’t contact them either! Con artists.
