No Reponse to Repair Request for over a Month

This appears to be an alias (same address, phone and staff) for acs-installations.co.uk

My Parkair unit was installed by ACS Installations in Dec 2020 and as it was too noisy - I left corresponding reviews after they refused to fix the noise under their warranty. When the unit broke down completely in Jun 2022, ACS Installations said they won't fix it, but suggested I approach any other qualified AC engineer.

When I did so in March 2023, the manufacturer referred my 3rd-party engineer to buy parts from these guys, Parkair UK, which apparently being an alias of ACS Installations, not surprisingly asked me to remove all negative reviews for excessive noise I left for ACS Installations, and agree to pay upfront. This was done on 27 June 2024 after which they stopped responding, while I’m still enduring a hot London summer with my broken £6,000 Parkair unit.
