Poor quality and customer service

I placed an order and waited a long time for it to arrive. Once it got here, the sizing of the items was very small and they were of extremely poor quality. I immediately contacted the company and asked for return instructions. They responded with an offer of a 15% refund, which obviously was unacceptable for an order that I paid over $100 for. After additional email complaints, they responded again offering 20%. I have told them that I will only accept a full refund for returning the items but have not gotten a response. I do not want to keep the items as they are useless to me because the quality is so bad. I will never order from them again.

DO NOT TRUST

DO NOT TRUST. I Ordered a bunch of items 40 days ago from these guys, I have made several attempts to get in touch only to have the off flippant reply.

What is worse, they are refusing to give me a refund after I have asked to cancel the oder.

So they sell me an item that is not in stock, never communicate and then refuse to cancel/ refund my order because "their system does not work that way".

Insane brand

I already ordered two times from Parijan and I have to say that the quality is perfect, the price is very fair, the sizing is explained perfectly fine and the shipping was also good (I got my items in less then a week both times I ordered). So there is actually nothing I could complain about with Parijan. The clothes make me so confident in my everyday life and I am getting more compliments than ever for my outfits. Thank You Parijan!

Don't trust this shop!

It has now been almost 2 weeks since I ordered, and I still haven’t received any shipping confirmation or tracking information. I’ve reached out multiple times via email, but all I get are what appear to be generic, AI-generated responses from someone named “Sheila,” telling me to “please wait” and that they will contact me once the items are shipped – without giving any actual updates or timelines.
At this point, it feels highly unprofessional and very frustrating. There is no transparency about order status, no proper customer support, no clear communication.

From a customer perspective, this raises serious concerns about reliability. I don’t mind waiting for products, but the complete lack of real communication makes the whole experience feel questionable.
If you’re considering ordering: be aware that you might end up waiting weeks without any real update.

Waste of money

Clothes are of terrible quality. The "Linin" Shirts are polyester.
No idea what size they sent me, because there aren't any tags on the clothes, they've been cut off. And nothing fits.
Customer service is bad too.

They take way too long to ship…

They take way too long to ship anything. If you try to cancel before shipping they tell you they can't stop the shipment, even though it will still take them days to ship out the product. Then when you get the product they want you to pay to ship it back, even though you tried to stop it. Customer service also sucks and they won't put you in touch with the owners. Will most likely take them to court.

Big Scam

Big Scam, paid 374.40€ but the clothes never arived. I am very dissapointed that Websites like Parijan get so much attention for this scam shit. Also my friends orderd clothes they were shipped but very bad quality.

FAZIT: YOU BETTER WATCH OUT FOR OTHER STORES.

So far had a bad experience

So far had a bad experience. They sent me a pant which was very small , they wanted me to return it to France. So I paid $40 to have it return and that they send me a size bigger. They were very responsive until they received the pants and now so far I have sent 2 emails and they haven’t responded.

If you are in the US do not buy from them. It’s just not worth the hassle.

Follow up to the reply below: how many times do you want me to email you with my order number??? I want 3 emails with the order number and it was only automated replies.

You guys are running a scam. Look at your damn rating on here.

Parijan clothing

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Parjian.

The product was advertised at a certain price, but I was never clearly informed that extremely high customs fees would apply. These additional charges significantly increased the total cost, making the purchase unreasonable.
I have not received the order yet and I am willing to pay the return shipping cost if the item is sent back, but the company still refuses to cooperate.

I requested cancellation while the order was still in transit, but the company refused without offering any fair solution. Customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive.

This lack of transparency and refusal to resolve the issue properly is unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing from this website.
