I have received invitation to verify my…
I have received invitation to verify my account with the system but when I enter my child's DoB its says I have the wrong date ! I know that Parentmail will say this is an issue for the school BUT my wife received the verification details and registered the account fine. Why can I not do this ??? Also a lack of helpline is most frustrating, their website just keeps referring to logging in and issues seem to be passed back to the school or club. Very frustrating

No more stress...
Takes the stress out of paying for school items. I am now able to see what my children have had for lunch. No more missing payments for books, school trips or lunches as I recieve notifications when payments are due. The school also make paying for trips so easy by breaking total down into manageable monthly amounts. Love it!!

Very good
Generally very good . Would be great to be able to have the Parent Governor Elections held via an electronic voting system with one vote per parent. The current ParentMail Form system only allows one parent to respond on behalf of the family.
This would save schools a tremendous amount of time and paper/envelopes used for a secret ballot.
