This is the worlds worse application. Why schools don't do there own applications I will never know. Tried logging in, message said wrong details, tried to get a link to reset password, never arrived. The security of this website, I think has been compromised. I will never use it again under any circumstances.

Parentmail is used as an intermediary for popular Amazon and Paypal scams and they do nothing to combat it.

What a useless app. It declines your payments one the app, but they go through on the desktop but sometimes its the other way around. Sometimes they don't go through an android app, but they go through the iPhone one, other times it's the other way around. Sometimes you can't put money on at all. If you do manage to put money on, it doesn't show on their balance for a few days, even though it shows on your account.

Yet again I have made a payment through parent mail to make a school payment and for the second week I have a much higher amount pending from my bank account this is ridiculous £15 ment to be taken and I have £240 trying to be taken out. I would give 0 stars.

We are using parentmail at school. The support system has recently changed to 'ticketing' rather than 'chat' service. It has so gone downhill - no phone number for support at all any more. Avoid and find a different system if you can!
When it works, it's fine but when you have a query, support is extremely poor!

This is an extremely slow, poor quality app that I honestly have so much hatred for! The worse thing is you have no alternative if you want your children to participate in school life. I really cannot believe that this company is happy to take public money and give such a poor service both in the speed of using the app (over 5 mins just to submit one form) and the lack on intuitive set up for easy user interface.

I'm constantly disappointed by Parent Mail. They must be raking in the cash from schools but the user interface is awful. It is not intuitive and poorly laid out. It's a good example of the public sector accepting a substandard product.

Rubbish system!! Always takes my money but never submits my forms. Do parent mail take a small percentage? Is that why the money side works? You tell me. The schools should sack this off and find a system that works. I have paid for a disco for my child and the seperate form for permission as been submitted. I can guarantee the permission form does not go through.

useless app if you got more then one child. you can not add a another child. parentmail should it been known that you need to open another account with a different email otherwise it will never accept your second child.there is no parentmail customer service to get help from. parentmail or their parent company called iris do not have a pulic face.

I have tried paying for my daughter's after school club fees and it Kept refusing my card. I now have no childcare booked, no one to help me as there is no help available for parents. I have also tried another card. Rang the bank 4 times as well, they say they authorised payment but it is pending with parentmail. Absolutely cheesed 0ff to be honest. If I could have rated zero I would have.

The perfect platform where schools can easily alert parents on what's going on. Honestly, I have no trouble with this.

I have tried to delete some of my emails I am doing it correctly they go from my inbox to archive then I delete them from there and they are gone. Yes. No not at all they look gone I go back to my inbox and there they are they haven’t gone anywhere at all, I have loads of them now I need to delete them. What is going on? It says there is support somewhere on the app I can’t find it, I’ve been online as well to try and find help, can’t find any help there either. What a shambles of an app, can’t delete it as I wouldn’t find out anything from school. I give it a zero out of 10.

Very frustrating service, right from the point where they refuse to accept my personal details and insist on changing them. Why have Dr as an option on details when you then keeping cha ging it to Mr? Do you not believe that I have a doctorate?

Made a payment for dinner money after receiving txt to do so as low balance. The nxt day my daughter contacted me to say money hadnt gone on therefore made another payment. Both payments have come out of my bank account, still not showing as a credit. Where has my money hone Parentmail??

I can’t for the life of me understand why this app continues to tell me I have “No Linked Accounts” when I want to make a payment. Even school insists I’m doing something wrong! ParentPay, on the other hand, is such a simple tool I wish the darned school in question would ditch this one!
And Admin, don’t tell me to contact you by email. You are inundated with complaints!

Clearly they've never heard of GDPR. I think a report the the ICO is in order.

No matter how many times you unselect email notifications you still get bombarded dozens of times a day with absolute trivial nonsense emails.

A rubbish service that I am going to have to block now.

An excellent service....when it works and when customer services take the time to call back a long standing customer who has emailed, live chatted and requested call backs on leat 3 separate occasions in the last 2 weeks - none of which have been responded to.

A communication service that doesnt communicate. Great.

Sadly, for something that has been working very well, I now am very unhappy.
There has been a definite GDPR breach. When a form is filled out, all of my contact details are then copied over to the other parent who isn't allowed any of my personal details. Was notified by the school & have had to change all of my details, apparently, when parentmail were informed by the school, they took everything offline while a fix was made........sadly too late for my private data. Now emailed twice for an explanation & absolutely no reply or even an acknowledgement of my email being received. I believe there others out there who don't even realise this has happened to them. A response would be nice???

Biggest load of tripe latest update left no way to pay school dinners no account linked cant even message school to say of problem and least of all there is nothing in help section then to top it all school sends letter threatening to stop our child having school dinners if account not topped up crap to say the least even tried to phone parent mail and got fobbed off by automated system phone the school

Parentmail help for parents is a non existent joke. No live chat or phone and get told to contact school. I need help prior to my children returning to school after paying for meals and not credited to their accounts
