Update: thank you for the thorough reply. I had no idea despite the high costs for shipping, it would be this slow.
No movement in shipping even though it’s been over 2 weeks and paid $150 in shipping alone. I want my money back.

ParcelUp is useful for people who cannot buy from Taobao directly because sellers do not ship internationally. However the process is quite long which is why it isn’t 5 stars. You have to pay first, wait for them to review, then they ask another confirmation, then you have to confirm, then they purchase, then when the item arrives to them they send you photos, then they send you shipping cost, then you have to pay, then they ship. Overall the customer service team are friendly and helpful. I would personally say the shipping per order is quite expensive so you should try to buy more in one go rather than small quantity per order.

Issue Still Unresolved But Very Attentive and Quick Support
My issue still hasn't been resolved in its entirety, but the support I have received from Parcel Up so far has been very helpful and quick. The issue isn't really anyone's fault at the end of the day, so we're all trying to do our best. I would recommend them as a secure way to buy items from China. The shipping is very quick too, just gotta make sure all the customs forms are filled accurately.
