Everything went smoothly!
To begin with, it was my first time ordering things from China. Though, I'm used to Japanese proxies so I'm already pretty familiar with the 2 payment system, commission fees, etc.
I exchanged a few mails with the supports to get more informations on my orders. They were responsive and answered clearly to all my questions.
There was one minor misunderstanding for one of my inquiries (it was on me) but they did their best to accommodate me!
The pictures were good! I didn't really know what to expect since pictures are usually a paid feature on japanese proxies, so having pictures for no additional fees is a great add-ons!
I made two different orders so I was expecting to get two packages, but maybe because I paid for the shipping at the same time for both, they repacked it into one package! Everything was carefully packed.
Also, the package arrived in 7 days. I was expecting to wait longer since I'm used to Air Mail taking about 2 weeks, so it was a really nice surprise too!
In short, the shipping part was great!
I still have two other orders pending (those are preorder items that aren't released yet) and I'm planning to keep using this service in the future!

So far ParcelUp has worked very well
So far ParcelUp has worked very well buying things from TaoBao. My only issue is I don't seem to get notifications when something requires my attention, or when parcels arrive at their warehouse, but that might just be an issue on my end. Nothing to complain about so far after multiple purchases.
