Top Quality and Customer Service

Absolutely quality products, had a Cielo Pro parasol outside for 6 years in all that the British weather could throw at it, still looks like and works like new! If you are thinking about cheaper alternatives, forget it I would recommend you buy a Solero parasol. When I've needed help and accessories, the people at Solero have been very professional, delivered exactly what they promise, on time and without any fuss. Thanks very much Pim...

Just received our Lanterna Pro Pearl…

Just received our Lanterna Pro Pearl White 350 x 350.
Fantastic service.
We live in Crete so not a very easy shipping address... slight problem with UPS / Local company but that is standard for Crete.
Solero were great from day of order to delivery and the product is perfect and great quality.
I chose the mounting plate, I chemically bolted the plate down and the umbrella was up and running within the hour.
