We had a fantastic experience with InstaShade. From the initial enquiry to final installation, the team went above and beyond. The Managing Director was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us choose exactly the right product for our needs. Communication from the sales team was excellent – we were kept informed every step of the way.

The installation team were professional, efficient, and worked through terrible weather to make sure everything was perfectly positioned. The end result is superb – high-quality, great-looking, and exactly what we needed. Brilliant service, brilliant team, brilliant product. Highly recommended!

In the past 12 months, we have bought a cantilever parasol and also a couple of 2m and 3m square parasols. The bases on wheels mean that it is so easy to move and adjust the parasols for the best shade at any time of day.
The cantilever parasol was delivered and erected by two men who were punctual, polite and incredibly efficient. And also very effective tutors, as I've never had any problems with it!
All parasols are of outstanding quality, we are absolutely delighted with them.

We have 2 Eclipse V2 Cantiliver Parasols that were installed in 2018. They have performed perfectly until a problem arose a few weeks ago when the lifting cable trapped in one parasol. Despite the age of our parasols Instashade soon came along to fix the problem whilst we were away and supplied some spare parts. Great customer service both at the original installation and follow up.

We originally placed an order for a cantilever parasol and a heat dome at the Chelsea Flower Show last year. Both products are fantastic and everything about the service we received was excellent. We were kept informed about delivery, nothing was too much trouble for the installation team, and follow up support has been excellent. Great products and great team!

What a wonderful experience. Met them first in Chelsea only to find they are based (very) close to home in Cheshire. Could not be more delighted with the apprach and service from start to finish from all we met at the company. Then the product - what more can I say? - it has almost creared an extra outdorr room for us and the quality is second to none.

I bought an Eclipse cantilever parasol last year and I am so pleased with the quality of the product. It is easy to open, close, and put on the protective cover and it a total success. Plenty of shade, and can be adjusted as the sun moves across the sky. Earlier this year I had reason to contact the company over something I had mislaid and they could not have been more helpful. Full marks for customer service!

A very well made product which looks good and performs incredibly well. I have a parasol which is now over 7 years old and it looks as good now as when it was installed. It was definitely a good investment. The pre-sales, installation and after-sales service have been incredible.

I ordered a new parasol and it arrived within 5 days. It’s very well made and worth the money in my view. I’m an engineer and I appreciate the little details and clear quality.
Delivery driver was super helpful too.

They sell an excellent product with top quality customer service - a rare find! We are in discussion about our second parasol!

The day before installation I realised we had made a huge mistake in ordering a silver not black stand.
With trepidation we phoned Instashade and honestly it was no problem!
The next day the most helpful Chris came to install the base, showed us how it all worked. He took away the silver base parasol and less than a week later came back with the black framed parasol. No trouble...
Absolutely first class product and first class service

Customer service is second to none.

We had a small problem with the stitching on the roof and a new one was sent the next day. We would recommend Instashade to anybody who is serious about serious shade.

The parasols are really good quality and definitely worth paying for when compared to the cheap versions available.

We bought a table sunshade at Chelsea Flower Show from InstaShade but ordered one too big for our courtyard. I contacted the company and nothing was too much trouble to get the right size to us. The two men in the van that delivered the new sunshade could not have been more helpful and had it all set up and checked before they left with the larger one. The van had been diverted to our house and although it was our mistake the company sorted it out very quickly

The company was very flexible when we identified an issue with our original order and agreed to change the item on the same terms. They had stored the original order for months. Delivery arrangements were smoothly and efficiently organised. They two men who came with the delivery were very pleasant and gave a full briefing on how to use the parasol. I have no question in recommending the company. Very customer focussed.
