Very happy!

Purchased from Leroy Merlin and was immediately very happy. Easy to assemble, looked great and easy to use. Unfortunately I needed to replace one of the ribs. Customer support was terrific, sent the part quickly at no charge. Making the repair was easy. We're looking forward to a long time with this umbrella and brand. All around, very happy.

Great product with excellent quality

Great product with excellent quality. It’s sturdy, and the anti-wind system is definitely worth it. Delivery was fast—just a few days to my home in Valencia. Assembly was easy. I chose the white acrylic material, which is perfectly suitable for my needs.”

Well engineered, andeasily repairable.

Stock was very limited near the end of the season. Product seems robust and well engineered, I am confident of a long useful life. I hope replacement parts will be available for many years.

They do not answer

They do not answer. They send me the false umbrella. The french version is better, the Leroy Merlin version is better. The umbrella from the spanish website is really bad and not stable.

Very happy with this product

I have been using this item for a couple of weeks and it works well in minor gusts of wind. I have been able to leave it up much longer than my old parasol. It looks and feels well built, and is easy to put up and down, and covers perfectly the area I intended. The only issues I had where with the order delivery. The email telling me that it would arrive today, arrived 3 hours after the goods where delivered and it was fortunate that my brother was able to accept delivery as I was not home. There was also a piece missing, but when I contacted Belveo it was very quickly rectified.
