I must first say I am so delighted after all hard work to achieve a distinction after completing my level 3 lead adult care, I am so pleased.
Paragon skills along with wonderful staffs are absolutely amazing.
I am proud to say my first level 2 Adult Care was with Lisa Lyon and she was amazing throughout
And my now, level 3 tutor Shireen Zokaie, was with me every step of the way from start to finish. She supported me and was everso encouraging and always ensure I recieve right feedbacks that can benefit me throughout my apprenticeship and always praise my work and effort put into my assessments.
My wonderful workshop tutors Heather Evans and Luke Radford delivered amazing online workshop, these workshops were always a highlight in my apprenticeship journey, I have not missed one,
I have gained so much knowledge and developed new skills and workshop sessions were quite impactful as you gain so much insights and learn so much collectively as a group during workshop sessions. I recalled how stressed I was at the start of my journey with one of the modules and was so encouraged by Heather and also my tutor, Shireen
The journey was educational, boost my confidence and enjoyable.

I have just completed my Level 3 in Adult Leadership. I passed with a Distinction and I could not be happier. All thanks to my tutor Maria Bela Mota. Maria supported me throughout my qualification in every single way and was there when I ever needed her. It took me 2 years to complete as I had a short break for maternity leave in the middle. I started with 2 children and I finished with 3.
Thanks again to Paragon and a massive thanks to Maria for all the support.

I have recently completed my second apprenticeship this time - L3 team leader and I am pleased to say I got another distinction. The support I got from my tutor Debbie was perfect, as I have been fortunate to have Debbie as my tutor for both. She understood the way in which I work and tailored her approach to my learning style. I am sad that my journey has now ended with Debbie, but you never know there may (and I hope!) to do another apprenticeship and Debbie is my tutor. I now feel more confident as team leader and I can’t wait to use my new found skills once I return from maternity leave.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my level 3 lead adult care apprenticeship, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to my trainer, Kate. From the very beginning, Kate was incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging, always taking the time to explain things clearly and guide me whenever I needed help. Her dedication, professionalism, and positive attitude made a huge difference in my learning journey.
Kate’s guidance helped me build confidence, improve my skills, and stay motivated throughout the programme. She genuinely cares about her learners and always goes the extra mile to ensure we understand and succeed. Thanks to her support, my apprenticeship experience was not only educational but also enjoyable and inspiring.
I’m very grateful for all the effort she put into supporting me, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and committed trainer. Thank you, kate, for making my apprenticeship journey such a positive and memorable one!

I have just successfully completed my NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have made it to the finish line without the incredible support of Paragon Skills.
A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to my personal tutor, Jolene Hornsby. Just days before my End Point Assessment (EPA), I was exhausted and ready to give up. Jolene refused to let me quit; she stepped in with the exact encouragement I needed, telling me she knew I could do it and that she was expecting nothing less than a distinction. Her belief in me gave me the second wind I needed to succeed.
I also want to mention Heather Evans for her solid and impactful workshops, which were instrumental in my learning. Thank you to the entire Paragon team and every staff member who played a part in my success story. If you’re looking for a provider that truly cares about their learners, I cannot recommend them enough!

I was new to Paragon Skills and I feel like I had a great experience through the whole process to get my level 3. The workshops with Luke, Judy and Heather were engaging and the time always flew by and helped me gain confidence without even realizing it. I was very behind and had 2 months to complete 9 consolidation activities and my tutor Shireen was so attentive and helpful being available daily for support and through her help I was able to catch up and get an overall distinction on my EPA. Couldn't recommend it more to people wanting to do level 2, 3 or higher.
