Although the charge worked fine i did notice a few discrepancies with the service. The chargers are advertised as 22kwh but only give out 7.2kwh and that is as long as there is no other vehicles connected to the other outlet on the stand at which point the speed drops to 3.6kwh which is not much quicker than using a 3 pin plug home charger. If I wanted to trickle charge I wouldn't have bothered to use this charger.
The charging speeds at this charge point needs to be properly displayed so people know what they are going to get.

Had to call their support in order for the charge station to start the otherwise started charge session. After several hours I went back to the car and to my surprise I noticed it had stopped the session by itself after merely 25kWh.. had to call support again in order to start a new session. When pressing 9 for English, the phone just hangs up.. finally got in contact with a swedish operator who barely understood English nor danish. Efter explaining the situation the charge session was started anew. I then asked what would happen with the charge fee applied for each charge session since the charge had stopped by itself. The operator then hung up.
To date, I have now charged 4 times through this supplier but only once have I successfully been able to charge without problems.
