I just noticed that they're shipping from China, and I realize it's a scam because I thought it was a safe site, since I have a 🔒 when I launch hgml, I've fallen for this scam twice. I hope everyone reads reviews before ordering free shipping; this site is a scam.

ordered and paid for item with Ortho Comfort on 11th March. Still no goods, or messages. Just says that the site is blocked ? what and whom do i report this to ? they have taken my money and no goods as yet ?

Paid for item, still awaiting its dispatch. Just keep being sent a automated response to tell me its on its way to Yodel, which is likely just a fake tracking order number given to all customers. The sad thing about this company is its products are for use by vulnerable people likely in chronic pain - the stress of trying to get the product or a refund is a learning experience and I'll check trust pilot before any further internet payments to companies like this one in the future. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY buying from this one. I shall update my review if i ever see the product I purchased and maybe the company will change any delivery "next day" promise to something more realistic like 1-2 or never months.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. It took 35 days for my order to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. There was little to no communication during the wait, leaving me unsure if I would even receive it.

When the insoles finally arrived, the quality was very poor. They feel extremely cheap, flimsy, and nothing like what was advertised. Honestly, you can find the same kind of insoles on Temu for £2–£3, which says a lot about the quality here.

Overall, a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this product or seller.

If the is negative start I would rate it. Ordered watch and the wristband is defective sent them email immediately with pictures but they keep sending videos how to fix the watch. I wasn’t born today to know how to fix the wristban me and they don’t want to take the return. Such a bad company order at your own risks not to be trusted.

Awful company usual Chinese company issues this is the last time I buy anything from China. They sent a size 7 and a size 5 then tried convincing me the 7 was a 10 which is what I ordered even though I sent them photos of the size 7 next to a size 10 and a ruler alongside clearly showing the wrong size. Awful company dont purchase from them!!! Shipping took ages despite is showing as co.uk. Scammers.

I ordered an item 5 days ago and had no update on shipping. The company has confirmed its still being processed. Apparently it takes them up to 3 days just to process the order. Im also informed delivery can take up to 5-10 days. Tried to cancel the order but apparently this is not possible. Avoid - not known a company to take so long, but of course they have taken the payment.

My parent ordered hearing aids which then couldn’t be inserted due to their arthritis. The company are being polite when contacted but a refund isn’t forthcoming. They want an order number which was never given. Avoid.

Misleading as based in China and deliveries take weeks with no option to cancel orders.

The bracelet is very difficult to take off and charge

Ordered a knee support, company taken payment but nothing received to date. Sent email but with no success - avoid like the plague !!!!!

I haven't been able to sleep in the same bed as my husband for months due to his snoring.
Now he is using this machine, he has completely stopped snoring and I have been able to get back in our bed!
My husband feels so much better rested and awake during the day.
I can't recommend this product more highly.

I still have not received my goods. I have been told 2 to 3 working days. It has been over two weeks.

Scam website selling rubbish you can't get a refund for when it breaks. Nearly a month of arguing over email and I'm no closer.

Ordered on Feb 20th . Had confirmation of order and never heard anything else until I wrote to Customer care who apologised and have given me a different Tracking Code which I used today ( Friday 6th March ) 14 days later and the tracking states that the products are still with the SENDER and not the Courier ! At present would say AVOID this .. appalling communication and possibly a massive SCAM !

My goods arrived promptly and are of good quality.

Dreadful. Very itchy and poor quality. The knee supports took weeks to arrive and bares very little resemblance to the product in the video.
Cheap Chinese scam. Don’t get caught out.
I tried to leave a review on their website but it wasn’t published! I have requested a refund but I won’t hold my breath!

Bought hearing aid, way too large and dangles as low as earrings when fitted. Very poor quality . Noticed they block any poor reviews on their web site .
Avoid.

I ordered the watch from them. 13th February they took my money on 16th February. I still have not recieved the watch. I have emailed them several times.
