Awful company. Awful customer service. Ordered a printer and received no updates. After 2 weeks we tried to chase up and just kept getting responses of we are looking into it. Another week goes by and we keep chasing up and then they tell us they only had one of our ordered printers and it’s damaged so try offering us something else. We said no we just want our money back and after a week there’s still no reply to that request. Still trying to chase a reply and to receive our money back.

I hadn't used your company before and was delighted that I received the toner within a couple of days.

Excellent customer service. a cartridge we purchased wasn't working in our printer. We were given a lot of help at the warehouse, and a spare cartridge to help us trouble shoot.

We ordered a new printer and it was a reasonable price. It came within the week. We were very happy with our purchase and was an easy transaction.

Met Peter long time a go and he always there for you if you need anything ,this time had to get a new printer and he helped me to choose one that suit my need ,no pressure and a lot of instruction before I made my mind .Always polite and costumer service excellent .

I thought I purchased new item. Item was refurbished and coded with RFB to justify the product. Down the page somewhere is mentioned that printer is not new. Yes I made mistake by not reading.
I asked to return the item and was told that I have to pay restocking fee. I asked for the price range, but OZ tonners is not available to answer that question.
I am not happy at all. It would be better if they don't have return policy and it's stated before purchasing, at least I would not purchase the item.

Difficult to find the shop. I arrived the address but the number shown on the website was different from the actual shop.

Quick posting and no problems

Finding the actual place to pick up my goods was difficult. Please update the web site and provide better instructions on the order confirmation.
Storeman was pleasant and efficient
Goods were as per spec

Avoid at all costs. Selling faulty refurbished equipment. My scanner failed after 6 months. Not even a reply to my email.

do not order from these creeeps. They say they have products in stock when they actually don't. they ripped me off on a $200 toner cart. they never contacted me to say it wasnt in stock. when i emailed they said they need an extra $150 to send my ink because they had the wrong stock on the website. i asked for a refund . he said he cant talk right now because he is at a doctors appointment and never called back. now i cant get a hold of them at all. total ripp off scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. straight up lying dishonest slimy operation.
