Just to explain what happened, at the time your order was packed our label printer wasn’t working. We did have pre printed labels ready for our existing products, however this particular peptide is a newer product and we didn’t yet have labels made for it. Because of that your vial was sent without a label, which we fully agree shouldn’t have happened.
This isn’t the standard we aim for at all, and we’ve now replaced our label printer so this won’t happen again going forward ✅
We genuinely want to make this right for you, so please check your inbox and reply to us and we’ll sort this out properly 🤝
