Great efficient and friendly service
I want to congratulate Oxigen on their excellent staff. My collection was today, but I remembered that I had not paid my bill. I phoned Oxigen and the lovely lady on the phone quickly processed my payment and issued my receipt. When the lorry came around my estate, I told the driver that I had paid, even though it may not have registered yet his end, and he agreed to collect my bins. However, the lorry lift would not take the green bin (left hand side could not be overridden I was told), so the two men went to the trouble of lifting the bin manually to dispose of the rubbish instead. I really appreciate the extra effort that they made. I do not know their names but they were two absolute gents! Great (and very efficient!) customer service at Oxigen!

Delivery time
Only downfall was I was waiting all morning for the skip to come. You don't give a time. When I rang I was informed it was between 2pm and 4pm. Now it was delivered in that time. But when booking a time should be given to indicate morning or afternoon.

Disgraceful Company
Absolutely disgusted to get a phonecall this morning off my elderly neighbour about your email to her!! You didn't collect my bins last week and you didn't collect hers and also a number of my neighbours bins, my husband rang and rearranged a collection day and you still refused to collect them but you did collect one of the neighbours bins and now I know why. We left our bins outside the bin area like we have for the past 3 years as your customer and you refused to take it because it wasn't put out onto the road.
You then emailed my neighbour telling her you won't be collecting it from outside the bin unit it has to be brought out to the road and you claim it to be for health and safety reasons. This is pure laziness, as I said you have been collecting our bins from the bin unit for the past 3 years!!
So you want an elderly 70 year old woman to lift her bins up 3 steps because your bin men can't?!?! For "Health and Safety"
Let me tell you there is nowhere to put the bins....you want them up on the only walk way in and out of the complex blocking the path?? Blocking anyone parked beside the walking from being able to access their car?? By placing all 6 bins in the walk way it's impossible for anyone to get by?? That's what an actual Health and safety issue is blocking a passageway!! Or would you prefer we just put them out on the road behind our cars blocking the road or any of the cars leaving for work?? In fact how about I just wait for your truck to come round and I stick it on the back of your truck myself save your fragile boys hurting themselves!!
Absolute joke of a company!!!
You can collect my rubbish which I have paid for you to do and then take your bins with it because I'll be getting a new provider

Terrible service
At least every second week I'm on the phone to customer service about a missed collection, a collection that doesn't even happen from my house, I've to take the bins to the end of the street. I understand the truck can't get down my narrow street but what's stopping them from walking to my house to take the bin, it would stop the end of my street having 20 bins grouped on the road. Terrible service, I will be switching providers today.

High levels of competency in staff members.
Oxigen are always great when it comes to both service and customer support.
Caoimhe in particular in customer services at the Dundalk branch, is always so thorough and so competent at her job. She ensures that there is no ambiguity in all of her communications and even if your query has multiple elements to it, she diligently addresses them all as well as anticipating any related questions you might have and includes answers to these in her responses.

I booked it to arrive on Friday morning, no sign at ten O clock, then rang , the customer service said they know nothing about it , when I eventually got it sorted didn’t arrive till after 12!! Then driver wanted to be payed even though I already payed on line !! Total rubbish service!!!

Hi Paul, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do absolutely everything we can at the time to ensure AM deliveries are with our customers before 12PM. Your skip should have been delivered in the AM and we apologise for not being able to do so in your case.
Unfortunately, our driver was not given the full order docket which would have shown you had paid online and in full for the skip. As we do accept cash-on-delivery skip drops, our driver would have assumed this was the case for your order. Again, we apologise to you for this oversight on our part and will endeavour to ensure it does not happen again for any of our customers.

Pleasant Email response
Firstly, I used their "Chat" option to advise I wished to cancel my account, asking what next steps I needed. Next day I got an email reply, very nice tone, asking how they could help, to avoid my cancellation etc. We had a few back and forth emails but all positive, and the agent, Alicia, provided me a solution which was offered to me and I accepted. Very efficient, pleasant manner in the email. Job Done!

Older single woman with wheeliebins
I have never had a wheeliebin collection service before and I was nervous that it would be too much for me. The Customer Care staff were very friendly and polite and answered my questions as they set up my service. The wheeliebins were delivered within a couple of days. The first collection, of my recycling, went well. Now I'm worried about the "food waste" bin. As an older woman who lives alone, I don't HAVE food waste. I don't want to put an empty wheeliebin out and be charged for it. Vegetable skins, etc. go into the organic brown bin. I'll have to wait and see.

I ordered a skip from Oxigen at a very competitive rate and I ran into a we problem but I got in contact with Noal who couldn’t have been any bigger of a help to me. A first class service that I couldn’t recommend highly enough. Great communication and customer service.
