A huge thank you to the Oxford Online Pharmacy team for their exceptional customer service. They helped me resolve a problem with my online consultation and delivery, and my medication arrived on time.
Unfortunately, the website is quite difficult to use, especially when entering information and uploading photos. It allowed me to pay for my order and showed it as “in progress”, while also displaying a message asking me to finish my consultation. However, nobody explained what was wrong with the information I had submitted until I managed to contact customer service by phone.
I fully understand that a medical consultation is necessary, but the process should be clearer, simpler and more user-friendly. Customers should be told exactly which information or photos need to be corrected.
