Brought a police car for my grandson for Christmas, the service was great and delivery kept update and on time. Unfortunately the tannoy broke so I sent an email and got a reply quickly, they sent out a replacement straight away and received it within a couple of days, once again great delivery and on time when they said it would be. Brilliant customer service and would definitely use outsideplay again when I’m looking to buy more things. It’s great to have a good customer service that doesn’t mess about and helps to solve the problem.

Took delivery of a product that wasn’t fit for purpose. Liaised with the company to return it over several phone calls/emails and it wasn’t until they had the product back that they advised me they would be deducting almost £100 from my refund for transport costs!

When I questioned it, they hid behind the terms and conditions that are hidden away on their website and refused to admit there was a fault with the product.

Genuinely some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life.

I’ve since purchased from RiiRoo and had a far more positive experience.

Ordered a 24v green Lamborghini for my son was delivered in 2 days just before Christmas for him absolutely brilliant car stunning can’t fault this company thank you

Absolutely dreadful!
Bought my son an electric ride on sian red lamborgini. The quality is awful, stickers peeling off, really cheap materials, was missing nuts and bolts, instructions were very vague and the customer service was awful, got told I would have to pay to get it returned and they might not even issue a refund, check the returns policy as I think its morally wrong, if you get a product from company you would expect the company to be liable to get the product returned or sort the issue out. I ignored the bad reviews and am now paying the price stuck with a awful product.
Will never ever use this website for anything and will not recommend. Looks nothing like the pictures, false advertisement at it finest and customer service very poor.

Ordered my 3 year old son the 36v 1000w e-atv and was delivered on time, It was even built up and ready to ride,,Although I did go over everything again to make sure but they done a very good job of tightening everything. Communication through email can be frustrating but when I messaged through Facebook I ha a reply within 2 minutes, All in all a very happy customer ,Will definitely use again .

Item has broken within warranty but multiple emails ignored and no phone number that works. AVOID!!!!!!!

Nearly 2 months after this review, multiple emails to them and still nothing! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Hundreds down the drain with an item I now can’t use!

Ordered Bentley, half the lights don't work, not even wired up,emailed but got no reply, avoid.

Avoid using this company does not reply to emails or Instagram messages. It’s been over three weeks I’ve ordered my son a birthday present still haven’t received it. His birthday has passed and very disappointed. Do not use them

Our purchase was delivered very fast and well packed. The price good too. The swimming pool and accessories were good. Unfortunately it comes without instructions and if you're a first timer as us then it's not an easy task to put all together. Also calling for help is nearly impossible as waiting time for someone to answer is more that one hour. So I think Outsideplay can improve things and be at the top.

Disgusting delivered a parcel nobody answered because nobody was home not note didn’t leave it with a neighbour just left on the door step in plane site and yea no pool there when I arrived home from work
