Can't get hold of this company. No email to verify my order was received yet my money has been taken.

Have emailed them and no reply. If no reply by tomorrow evening I shall be disputing with my bank and claiming my money back

I'd ordered a replacement 110cc quad bike engine with forward and reverse.

I'm beginning to think this is a scam website judging by the reviews

I bought a car from these and it recently went on fire! It destroyed my whole back garden burned all the outside of my house even smashed my babies bedroom window & we are lucky to be alive!! The car wasn't on charge it was kept in a sheltered wendy house! The fire brigade stated it was due to faulty wires leading to the battery!! I have tried to call numerous times and the lines are gone I have also emailed an heard absolutely nothing back!!!

The service was excellent and fantastic communication. Parts arrived on time and better than expected quality TBH so I am delighted. Well done! I will use this supplier again.

I ordered the 49cc-dirt-bike-WHITE | Hawkmoto Mayhem 50cc Kids Mini Dirt Bike White and it was a big regret! Opening the box we began to pull out parts and to our confusion there was no instructions on how to build it? Then after getting a professional to build the bike we find the chain was too long and needed shortening and the wheel wouldn’t pump up and needed parts replacing! Not impressed at all. To top it off I payed 20 pound for a bow that was a bit of ribbon and a zip tie it wasn’t even a bow shape and was ridiculous

Absolutely disgraceful, ordered a Pit Bike as a Christmas present and paid for express delivery. Sent a quick email to ask when I could expect to receive with a nice speedy reply, but as the promises were broken, the replies slowed down and eventually stopped. Phone lines are turned off, but I did manage to find another number after a bit of digging and managed to get through (01952 309500) won’t be long until they are turned off as well. After we disputed the payment, it took less than an hour to receive an email to be told our order was cancelled and pulled from dispatch(where it’s been sat for about 4 days.) ordered from another website, and it’s on its way within a few hours of being ordered. Avoid at all costs. Most likely no stock and just hoping people will sit back and wait for something that isn’t coming.

Shame I can’t give 0 stars!! Do not order from this company ordered a pit bike for my step son and failed to send it, no communication from the company, their phone lines are “closed” even though says on their website the opening times after countless emails £700 almost down the drain so close to Christmas and an almost unhappy 12 year old luckily I disputed with my bank and got my money back! Con artists should not be aloud to trade!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered a cover for grandson’s quad bike…..Nothing has arrived and no communication from this company!!
Not a huge amount lost but I see by other reviews we’re not the only ones dissatisfied.
Can’t blame Royal Mail as having others parcels delivered on time !!

Been sent an already returned product, asked to return and claim is now cancelled, may as well be a scam, rusty bolts, threaded holes defective, missing parts and tools, couldn’t of got any worse, 8 year old now without a bike until I can find an alternative… great stuff would not recommend. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Perfect products for my grandsons. The boys love playing outside so the traffic signs, traffic lights and barrier make for wonderful imaginative play and hours of fun.
Easy to manage web page and very speedy delivery. Excellent customer service.

Bought the lamborghini sto and sound stop working after a month but managed to fix it thanks from the help outsideplay and sending out some point a replacement part to just incase it happens again. Item came quickly and son love the toy car

Purchased kids 12 volt bumper car it worked for couple of weeks then just stopped suddenly have sent various emails to company only for them to say return item at my expense £70 pound wasted on item that worked for 2 weeks not even offered a refund
Shall not be ordering any other items again
AVOID company as they don’t care as long as they got their money

Shocking. I bought a 125cc pit bike it arrived boxed on a pallet (so couldn’t see it) at first we was unsure about the size but after some discussions we decided to keep so we put it together which only required a wheel putting on and handle bars not the engine building the next day we decided to take it in the back garden to check it all over and noticed parts were badly scuffed/ scratched we went to start it up and it started but would not idle it just conked out then when we went to start again it just didn’t even start up I obviously emailed and sent a video and was told apparently they send flat battery’s ( I do not recall reading they send flat battery’s) nor does it state this in the manuel but it wouldn’t would it because they sent me the wrong manuel for the bike I’ve asked to send back for a refund as I have no confidence it’s safe they have said for that to happen it needs to be in original packaging which they know I don’t have as I built the bike. So I will now be issuing a formal complaint with the company and contacting the FCA and ombudsman. It’s really disappointing I would be very careful if your considering ordering from these there bikes are not up to scratch and will most likely come scuffed and because you can’t see it because it’s boxed it’s apparently your fault for not having x ray vision, wish I went with riiroo now also the wires leading to the battery were going extremely hot when the bike wasn’t on which to me is a hazard I actually had to take the battery out even though the bike wasn’t able to start and there was no power running to it because I was actually concerned about a fire starting apparently that’s is due to a flat battery. I will be taking this bike to be checked over by someone who knows about them and will update any findings. Dint bother ordered you will waste a hell of a lot of money and have to spend money to sort it out. Figured out the issue on the 4/08/24 however got an email back from them today 07/08/24 basically saying “tough”

Initially seemed like a good company.
Was disappointed with the performance on the 24v quad I ordered for my 3 year old son.
I emailed them and they stated it should be used on flat ground (It's a 4 wheel drive quad!)
After a particularly disappointing short run, I decided to check the connections etc and found out I've actually been supplied a 12v quad!
Have emailed twice but no response.

We bought a great child's ride-on Land Rover from Outside Play. Great fun was had by all until a fault developed. The company was absoutely first rate in diagnosing the problem and supplying a simple spare part to fix it. Very impressive attention to their customer which was much appreciated!

Company were rude and dismissive about a problem I had with a broken fairing and obtaining a replacement one was a lot harder than expected and I never even managed to get it ! and the person dealing with my query was in general very unhelpful and unable to resolve my very simple problem. Being highly dismissive even to the point of insinuating that I had not purchased my bike from their website because I wanted different colour fairings ? I suppose this was so that they could somehow dismiss my issue like I had not just spent £700 with them lol

Avoid this company - 23 days since order and no delivery or refund yet. Customer care take days to respond, and are unhelpful when they do.

The Berg Trampoline we brought back in September 23 developed a fault with the jumping mat, basically one of the springs came away from mat. After contacting play outside they was fantastic in organising a replacement.

Extremely unprofessional poor quality of product DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!

If I could give no stars I would. I bought a electric motorbike before Christmas for my son. Due to us going away for Christmas I only opened box xmas eve to set up to see that a wore was broken and was missing the main fuse. Trting to conctact via phone to no luck i emailed. After being closed (but still managing to be updating social media posts) for near 2 weeks over Xmas. I finally recieved a reply to which was useless emails 48 to 72 hours for next reply. Phone always unable to call. Finally managed to sort a date for collection to be sent back for me to take time off work. The courier didn't show up so a days wages gone. Trying to contact them again waste of time. Monday I recieved a call from courier saying they were outside my house I was at work miles away so handto tell them no and that collection was the friday. To which he replied "they didn't start back till that monday" absolute joke . So when they stopped updating social media and finally got back I was told I'd have to arrange another pick up date meaning another days wages lost not that they seemed concerned haven't even had an apology. So another day awaiting re deliver near a month on from when first recieved. (Trying to make as many excuses as why Santa's not brought my 5 year old his Christmas motorbike back yet and that the elves will be coming soon with it" . So it arrived back and I checked straight away low and behold the fuse missing again, the handle bar clips missing absolute joke . By now at end of my tether I wasn't as pleasant as my other emails bur got a reply straight away asking me to curve my language. They got the parts sent out . So upon finally setting up the threads for the handlebars needed to be retapped as they weren't correctly done. Also noticed the front mud guard missing aswel so another email and a day after respones to get it out upon fitting this the threads again needed to be tapped. Beyond sending it back andntrying to explain to my son further. Today has been second time he's been out on it and something is wrong with the motor I've gave up with this company absolute shambolic, the customer service was terrible not one apology or compensation for wages lost and now the thong is broken after 2 uses. Well done what a pathetic company you are. PLEASE DONT READ THE MORE STAR REVIEWS AND RISK IT ! I DID AND NOW FULLY REGRET IT. The 5stars must be friends of the company because these are shocking!

Item was sent with a broken wire which was identified just before Christmas the company was closed for 2 weeks but instead of apologising for a faulty item they tried to blame me for the wire being broken! They said could fix it but if they thought it was me who broke it they would charge for it. I asked how they would be able to decide if it was me or the truth which was that it was delivered that way. No response instead they blocked me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
