Avoid at all costs. Placed an order with next day delivery and still didn’t get it after 10 days. They are saying yodel have messed up but I’ve looked at the tracking which shows yodel haven’t even received the parcel from them ?! After much complaint they now tell me they’ve issued a refund, not confident I will ever receive it given the other reviews. Do not buy from here

On May 16 I ordered from this company based on the reviews here, despite numerous attempts to find out where my order is with no acknowledgement or reply, and 17 days later, I am about to take steps to get my money back. Non-existent customer service and leaves me wondering if it's now a scammer website

We ordered from Our Pets Life and we were very impressed with how quick everything turned up. The items were in perfect condition and communication has been spot on. I thoroughly recommend anyone to buy from Our Pets Life.

On 7th May I ordered over £30 worth of products with a promise of next day delivery.
I gave them latitude as it was bank holiday but I have still not received the products I ordered.
No reply to my emails yet.

I am delighted with bugalugs shampoo, my westie was brilliant white after shampooing him. Also he has skin allergies and this shampoo did not irritate it at all.

Amazing! I bought a pack of trio wuffins for my dogs and they absolutely loved them! Delivery was delayed to bank holiday and my initial parcel was lost but I reached out to consumer services and they reshipped my order straight away and it arrived the next day. The communication and the service was excellent. Will definitely purchase again. 10/10.

OurPetsLife are a great company site to go on, it is a very simple site to navigate round.
Prices for my dogs ears arrived very quickly and after only using them for a short time i can no longer smell my dogs ears. All i can say is THANKYOU

Following a visit to the vets and their recommendation to clean our dog’s teeth I tried a dog tooth brush and tooth paste which was fine but did further research and have opted for a sonic cleaning brush. Whilst it does not remove existing plaque it certainly appears to keep the teeth very clean. The brush makes no noise or vibration and after a couple of weeks Milo shows no discomfort when having his teeth cleaned. The brush has a non replaceable battery which should last for a year! At £50 I hope it does! The replacement heads were not readily available but I was contacted when they arrived at the store. So, good product if a bit expensive . It seems to work and the delivery and service ets was good

Recommended PetsLife probiotics is excellent value for money and really does the job. My 3 years old French Buldog has been excessively leaking her paws, agaes and nothing seems to help her including expensive vet tablets. Now, with Butternuts food and Petslife probiotics on top of Butternuts natural food it really does the trick, although it is still to early to saying this for good. I do hope my dog will recover from dermatitis, sooner.

Terrible experience so far with first order placed.
Qualified for next day delivery and still waiting 7 days later despite contacting for the 3rd time via their email contact form (as no telephone number given).
Finally had a response yesterday apologising and promising next day delivery again - but still no order today!
Very fed up as had high hopes for the products ordered but looks like I will never know if they are any good as unlikely to ever receive this order!!

Although the wrong flavoured product was delivered to me as the one I had ordered was out of stock, the Customer Service team replied to my email promptly and issued a refund which I have subsequently received

The best toothpaste I’ve ever used for my senior dog. I’ve tried all those enzymatic ones on the market and nothing worked for his brown staining. Except for this! It’s made a real difference to his smile in between dental visits at the vets.

My dog hated me brushing his teeth until I found the Petsie toothbrush at OurPetsLife...not even the finger ones were working. The toothbrush arrived the next day and I found it very easy to use and soft on my 10 year old's dog gums
