Terra Felis cat food

From ordering to receiving the order is generally very good and fast. The food is really good quality, although it is quite expensive. It would be great if they could do a few more offers from time to time, especially for good repeat customers.

Questionable experience

Ordered some catfood expecting "Royal Mail Tracked 48h refers". Nothing arrives. 6 days later and only after a message to customer support: "DPD Standard or Royal Mail Tracked 48h refers to the time frame of shipping service are around 2- 3 working days however it does not include the warehouse preparation which usually takes 1- 2 working days." Thank you for making it clear right from the start.
Also, in the same email: "Just let you know your order has been dispatched yesterday", and in an email 7 minutes lates: "Unfortunately, one of the following item is damaged and we are no longer able to dispatch it for you." So you certainly did dispatch it yesterday. well done!

1★ – Extremely poor service.

I ordered food for my sick dog and chose this company because I expected fast delivery. Instead, the order was constantly delayed. Every time I contacted them I received a different explanation and empty promises that it would be shipped “tomorrow”.

Days passed and nothing was sent. This is completely unacceptable, especially when the order is for a sick animal that depends on this food.

Very unprofessional company, terrible communication and zero reliability. In the end I had to cancel the order and request a refund after wasting my time waiting.

Avoid this company if you expect honesty and basic customer service.

Delivery issue resolved

Customer service team worked to ensure that a replacement item was sent out upon an initial delivery error from their service provider. Looking forward to receiving their litter product as it’s the best for the Litter robot!

Probiotic excellent!

What a great service. The order came through so quickly and just in time as I had nearly run out. The probiotic is extremely good and the dogs clean their bowls every time! Very impressed!

Bought a dog bowl set that was not fit…

Bought a dog bowl set that was not fit for purpose (unstable in normal use). Reported the fault within days and requested a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The company refused, repeatedly citing its store policy (unused/unopened only), which does not override UK law for faulty goods. After I pushed back with the legal basis, they stopped responding entirely.

Misleading practices for a so-called “premium” retailer. Buyer beware.

Your order was dispatched on 30th December with standard delivery service and delivered on 2nd January 2026 as 1st January is New Year holiday. We couldn’t see any delay upon your order in this case.

According to the records we’ve just checked, the order was placed after 12pm on Monday 5th January with standard shipping service option, and our team shipped on 10am 7th January, you shall have received the tracking reference as the same time.

Also the tracking indicates the order had been delivered on 11:39am 10th January.

As you aware, it’s under holiday season still and the shipping frame could be slightly delayed due to a high volume of parcels on the road, however please know that we are working diligently to address all requests as swiftly as we can. and we believed your order was fulfilled within the standard order shipping frame and we regret to hear such feedback.

Really good selection of cat food

Really good selection of cat food. The only things that let this company down are the high postage charges unless you spend quite a lot of money and I find the dispatch times really slow. It takes about a week to get my order which isn't ideal, other pet food companies manage this a lot better.
