We bought our house through Oulsnam in Moseley. There are so many people involved in the process of buying and selling a house, with so many stresses and strains and anxieties, and through it all Lauren Bell and her team at Oulsnam were fantastic - friendly, kind, proactive and supportive. A genuine joy to work with.

Robert Oulsnam in Moseley has acted for me in the sale of two properties over the last 11 years. James and Lisa dealt with the sales and I cannot praise them enough. They are both consistently professional, friendly and empathetic. The latest sale was particularly difficult and took a very long time to go through. The experience could have been even worse if it hadn't been for Lisa who was so proactive on my behalf, and I much appreciated that she always did her best to keep me informed of progress. I did not realise the price anywhere predicted for the property and the buyer was rather a bully so the staff helped with that . Conveyance in this country seems to be broken and they helped me navigate it .
