Delivery went smooth, good comms on delivery slot. And they took the old mattress away all fine, as we'd added that service.

Returned my mattress due to it not being the right one for me. It’s now been 17 days and I still haven’t received my refund.

It’s been 2 days and they haven’t responded to my email.

I’ve never had a company take this long to do a refund. Starting to fear I won’t be getting it. Been terrible communication, it took over 2 weeks to get the mattress collected and now no refund.

Nice and comfortable - good price and a quality product. :)

Hello, As we live on Orkney an island there are always some companies that do not deliver to an island community, so i thought that ordering a mattress from Origin who promised via the chat messenger that they could deliver seemed promising.
They advised that there would be a delay owing to the location between 7 and 12 days over and above the standard delivery time frame and the reviews seemed good so I ordered the mattress.
Two days shy of one Month later the mattress arrived in a battered and bruised box. I immediately emailed the company and was offered a £25 discount if I accepted the battered box I rejected and asked them to take it away.
this they did eventually, only for the VERY same box to arrive back to me about two weeks later.
You could not make it up!! I told them to take it back again which they did.
DO not trust this company on delivery, for time scales and replicating deliveries. Very poor.

Great mattress - delivery seamless and communication good on delivery details too.

Had to return double mattress because the size was not right. The return process is a nightmare. I was asked for every picture of the mattress with labels from front and back.They are very reluctant to process a refund and arrange a pick up but very quick to place an order.

Easy ordering; prompt helpful delivery service

Lumbar Support Super Kingsize, very comfortable for side,back and front posit. Already comes with thick spongy top. Don't need any further. Its a very thick mattress anyway, so finding bedding for further additions of topper would be difficult. Sitting on side a bit soft, though. Overall good investment in oneself.

Order and delivery perfect , mattress was discounted plus two free pillows which are lush .also used discount code Weclome5, so happy with overall price. Delivery perfect. Mattress I’m still not sure about , had it about 6 weeks now, hubby loves it but I’m not too sure, very firm , no give in the mattress at all , quality is good, just hoping I get used to it

Firstly I made a mistake when selecting delivery date, I contacted customer services who kept in touch and arranged to change dates. Nice and easy very helpful and much appreciated.
I was a little skeptical after seeing some reviews, i was also worried it would be too firm as I prefer softer mattresses.
I've had it arpund a month now and honestly, its great. Comfy from day one. Supportive without feeling like you're laying on a brick like my previous Emma mattress. I like the peotective cover allso. The pillows im still unsure of - but that's mainly due to the position I sleep in, laying on my back they are great though, and to be fair I can sleep with no pillow.

Would absolutely buy again. Great price and great quality mattress

everything is great! the mattress is very comfortable, we have been sleeping on it for a month now, and my back really stopped hurting!! I am in shock, because I was looking for a mattress that was not too hard, not too soft, and not too expensive so this one is perfect!!😍 fast delivery, the driver who delivers was very gentle, since the delivery was early my child was sleeping, when my husband opened the door they brought it in so quietly that when we woke up with my daughter and saw that the mattress was already there🥰 thank you very much! I recommend!

We payed for the mattress and requested delivery 3 weeks later so we could finish decorating our bedroom. We had no communication leading up to the delivery date. On the day it was due to be delivered I contacted origin as we had had no email or call to tell us what rime it would be delivered. I had to wait for a response as you can only contact them via email not by phone, only to find out the mattress was not even in stock and it would be another month before it would be available. Quite annoyed that they were happy to hold onto my £1300 but I wasn't important enough as a customer to be updated on the availability of the product Id already paid for. Cancelled the order and bought a different mattress from another more established brand.

The bed lost all structure after a few months, resulting in the centre collapsing. Ended up buying a new mattress from a different company. They may have to most infuriating customer service of any company I have dealt with. The staff appear to willfully misunderstand complaints and provide conflicting information

Really surprised at how quickly and how comfy and soft these mattresses are, we had a water bed before this and we have struggled to find a bed mattress that gives us both comfort, and give in the mattress as well as smooth and comfortable nights sleep.

Swift and easy ordering, clear instructions and delivery confirmation. Delivery service very good, on time and respected our home taking large box through to bedroom. Checked and signed, removal of old mattress also good.
Unpacking and resting time done, initial impressions are an excellent mattress, comfortable and supportive on our personal choice of medium / firm selection. The topper adds a couple of inches to the overall height, so make sure fitted sheets still fit. Adds a luxurious feel. The complimentary pillows are a little too ‘thick’ / dense for our use, shame no zipper to remove some of the filling, they feel very good quality, just too ‘high’ for us.
