Medium-Firm but Firm Enough
My previous mattress was very firm, so I carefully compared several brands before making my decision. After a lot of consideration, I chose this mattress, and I couldn't be happier. Its medium-firm feel is surprisingly as firm and supportive as other brands' firm models, making it both comfortable and perfect for my needs. I've been very satisfied with it.

I love the mattress
I love the mattress. The delivery was very good. But Origin along with too many companies do not have a phone line to deal with issues. I used the provided email but did not get a reply in a timely manner. I am still very pleased to own the mattress.

I bought the OriExcellent Mattress for Back & Neck Pain Reliefgin Hybrid Pro mattress…
I bought the Origin Hybrid Pro mattress for around £700 due to back and neck pain. Since using it, both have improved significantly, and I'm sleeping much more comfortably. Delivery was on time, the service was excellent, and the 15-year warranty shows real confidence in the product. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it.

Not for me
After a couple of months, I found it crippling and I was walking around bent over. However, I honestly think this might just be memory foam mattresses for me. I believe this one is a lot more foam than some of them. I probably need a lot more structural support like the spring side of things. Horses for courses, I suppose.

Great Bed
Delivered in a vacpacked roll - Great bed - would perhaps personally like it a tad firmer. At 31cm deep wrestling with the fitted sheet can be a challenge.
That said satisfied with the bed.

I had to wait a week for my mattress…
I had to wait a week for my mattress and did not receive next day delivery as promised. Delivery men were helpful and friendly and delivered my bed upstairs (after walking up a steep hill) 💯
Mattress is very comfortable and I have slept well.
