Brilliant team, excellent customer service, and fantastic value for money
I recently got into target shooting and needed a new scope for 100m and beyond. Several friends recommended Optics Warehouse, and I’m really glad I listened.
Even though they have a good AI chatbot, I preferred speaking to someone directly and that was easy to arrange. The team was approachable and helpful from the start, which gave me confidence to place my order. Delivery was quick and smooth.
What really stood out was the after-sales support. When I started zeroing my scope, I realised my Wulf Hurricane behaves a bit differently, so I reached out for advice. Once again, I got a fast response with clear and practical guidance, which made a real difference.
Now everything is dialled in and working perfectly so I'm happy as Larry! George, you are a star! :-)

Great service and products
So far I've ordered and received a couple of scopes, scope rings and mounts. All the items were received well packaged and arrived in a timely fashion and worked as advertised at the range.
I've even won on one of their draws, a torque screwdriver, unfortunately I've never won a scope to use it on.

Pre owned scope
Outstanding service from these guys. Just taken delivery of a s/h Hawke Frontier scope which appeared to be a real bargain. I’m not a big fan of used stuff but decided to take a chance on this as it was just what I was looking for. The item was exactly as described on the website: “a very well cared for scope” They weren’t joking, it’s like new, even the box was unmarked.
Yeah, you don’t get a Hawke lifetime warranty only 12 months, but it was getting on for half the price of a new one. In addition it was very well packaged and arrived two days after ordering.
Outstanding work guys. Keep it up!!

Ordered my first ever scope
Ordered my first ever scope with Optics Warehouse and very pleased with it. The website was very easy to navigate and the prices are very hard to beat. Delivery was very prompt. The competition draws are good too. Entered my first one when i ordered the scope and hey i won a FX D1, absolutely buzzing.
