Purchased sunglasses with a quoted delivery time of 7 days. Chased 2&3 weeks later with no reply. At 4 weeks I was annoyed and asked for an update or refund. They just refunded me with no explanation, no offer to get my order sent out immediately and nothing to explain or placate me. Hence this review.
I assume they're selling stock they don't physically have and once they have your money they attempt to source it. They may be competitive on select items but if you don't get your order, it's just a hassle & big waste of time.

So happy with my new sunglasses, exactly what I wanted.
However, only had them a few weeks, when on holiday I dropped them and scratched the lenses.
Opticians Direct were amazing, they arranged to get the lenses replaced, I returned the sunglasses and was delighted to see that they actually sent me a brand new pair in return
Will 100% buy from them again and whole heartedly recommend them

Poor - placed order 15 days ago. Website says next day delivery. Sunglasses didn’t arrive and no update. Chased after a week and was told could take up to 14 days. Chased again on day 15 as no update again

An excellent company. I have bought twice in the past from Opticians Direct and was very pleased with their service and my 2 pairs of Ray Ban sunglasses.
Last week I ordered again from Them and then I realised that my glasses wouldn’t arrive in time ( my fault not theirs. )
I called them and spoke to a really pleasant understanding assistant who immediately cancelled my order and 2 days later the return arrived back in my account.
I will be ordering again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Opticians Direct.

I purchased sunglasses 3 weeks a go still not recieved them yet. I called customer service waiting time was 1hour 5 mn the lady over the phone wait another week if not you can write us for the refund.
I don't recommend this is very poor
