Very impressed with efficiency provided by staff at Slaithwaite office yesterday, providing mirror wills for self and husband under Will Aid scheme.

We were supported by Bree from Open Law who went to great lengths to professionally support our property purchase, and to ensure she remained available for any/or questions that arose from the relevant stakeholders. At all times she remained a calming influence as this was the first time we purchased though an auction format which brings about pressures and issues. I would definitely recommend and use Bree again at Open Law for future legal advice as she provides me with everything I needed.

We had Sophie Costello and her team at Open Law when we bought our first house, it may not of gone to plan as the chain fell through originally but Sophie was really patient with us from day one putting us at ease with any queries we had and replied to our questions really quick. I used Open Law for sale & purchase home and it was Emily's team and never updated me and I had to chase but it was difficult to get reply from them and some of the questions had never been answered preperly.
After 5 months later I sold my property but purchase fell through. It was unpleasent and very stressful to work with them.

I have a great experience with an excellent team at OpenLaw and I am using their service again. There is good communication and accessibility to the team .

I recently used Rachael Teams to purchase a property. Overall I would rate this Solictors as very average. I found myself having to call the office a lot because you either don’t get a reply to your email or it takes days for a reply. However, when I spoke to Hollie on the phone she was always helpful but it grew tiring having to call the office to see if they have received documents, for updates and for confirmation they had received emails sent days ago. I am still owed over £200 as I was charged too much. I was told it would be returned in 5 days. I have email twice over past week and no replies. I have since been living in the property 3 weeks now and no sign of my money.

To summarise my experience I would say it was tiring having to keep chasing and checking on documents and getting slow/little replies to emails.
