Excellent in every way. I needed a birthday cake delivered the next day but found most companies could not do next day, especially as it was going to be Saturday delivery or was way too expensive then I found this website by accident and my cake turned into a cookie, a giant personalised cookie, you could put a personalised note in with it which made it even better, they delivered brilliantly and the person got it on the day in perfect condition, they said it was packaged and presented in a lovely way and definitely made them smile, it also tasted really, really good. So I am so pleased I found this company and have gone back since to look at other things they make, everything looks delicious and I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Ooh and Aah cookies for making the birthday special.

cookies were delicious however one white chocolate dip was less than half full though the other was lovely and full!

I bought the festive Wreath cookie share box for my son and his fiancée. They told me it was delicious so I've now placed an order for myself. They are also reasonably priced too. I found ordering straight forward and, when I had a query regarding delivery, I found the team friendly, helpful and quick to respond.

They were delivered to the wrong address due to google pay. One quick phone call and the company rectify it straight away. Not they fault but they rectify it. Thank you.

Well presented was so excited to give this to my daughter as a Xmas gift, however one of the packs of cookies was out of date by nearly a month while I do understand mistakes happen, the fact no one has responded to my email is why I’m leaving this negative review

Cookies were brought for my daughter birthday as our ‘cake lady’ cancelled with illness a few days before… I paid for a specific delivery date of 23rd Dec so I appreciate it was close to christmas but they didn’t arrive until 24th Dec. Although a day late they were lovely, my daughter heated them in the microwave as instructed and loved them all!

Bought these instead of a birthday cake and they were very well received! Packaged well, great communication at every step and arrived a day early (not easy at this time of year with demands on postal services!)

Come in nice box! I don’t get the hype with these cookies, there not the best iv had :/ there pies are way too sickly - not for me but that’s just me but over all there ok 6/10

fast delivery well packaged no damaged goods grandchildren were delighted in particular my grandson who had mentioned them a few months ago luckily i had kept the little card inserted in the box we had received last yearso found the website easily. thankyou

Cookies arrived as planned and on time for surprise Christmas gifts to friends. Customer services were very helpful when I contacted them. All in all it was a great shopping experience the best thing of all the cookies were delicious.

Initially, i received the wrong item too early and the customer service was top notch. I was allowed to keep the incorrect order and they sent a fresh one out for the date I specified. Everything tasted amazing and like I said above, couldn’t fault the customer service and would definitely use them again. Thank you xxx
