The best cookies in the world + the best service!

Next day delivery offered and paid for but it was several days later, missed the birthday it was for. When raised they said it was next day after baking so not actually next day from ordering. No refund offered. Website needs to be MUCH clearer. I wouldn’t have ordered if that had been clear. Cookie itself was ok, nothing special. Icing was over sweet. Mille’s is a much better service. Disappointed with quality of service and product.

Reluctantly ordered a giant cookie for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Let me tell you how surprised I was at how good it looked and tasted. I think I too am converted from traditional cake!! It was so well packaged and arrived exactly when I asked. We will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending to anyone who’ll listen!

Bought these for my daughters Nursery and they went down a treat! Excellent communication and super fast delivery! Will absolutely use this company again and would 100% recommend 👌🏻

Excellent customer service from the team when the cookie was sent out earlier than expected by mistake they promptly answered my query and said they would arrange for another one to be sent out the following week so was very impressed when that did actually happen. The milk choc cookie was delicious also so thank you !

I ordered cookies instead of Easter eggs as my son and daughter-in-law invited me for lunch on Easter Sunday. They were absolutely delicious 😋 and very much appreciated by all. The cookies arrived quickly and were very well packaged.

This was a surprise gift for myself and my husband from my parents (yes at 53 I still receive care packages!)

The cookies were the perfect consistency - soft enough to melt in your mouth but still strong enough to support the dip.

The flavours were great - we had three different cookie types and three different dips.

It was a great alternative to getting an egg for Easter

An excellent and very very tasty box of mixed cookies, cookie pie and cookie try bake with lovely dipping sauce 😋. Ordered for my sons birthday and both sons and myself really enjoyed. Emailing of questions to Ohhh Ahhh cookies was replied to quick and questions answered. Friend was able to pick up which saved me on postage. Definitely will order again 😀

I was originally sent a cookie for my birthday by a friend and i was very impressed and it was fresh, soft and just perfect. I wanted to order one for my son’s birthday who is cookie mad, I ordered a double chocolate one. On opening the cookie it was broken in 2 places so was very disappointed especially as it’s for a birthday, it didn’t look as presentable. But the main disappointment was the quality, it was dry, and tasteless. I was really disappointed and my son didn’t even finish it. Probably won’t order again now
