Ordered a large double cookie for my son several weeks in advance. Picked up from Braehead shop a week ago at the earliest time. Family celebration the day and the cookie was very hard.
Raised this immediately to Millie’s who don’t want to help as no one else had any issues with that batch??? Because no one else had an issue, or had similar experiences and raised it means I pay £27 for a terrible product?
Had an unexpected stop at Glasgow Fort store.
Disappointed does not even come close!
Purchased 4 mixed flavour cookies, they were so small and so thin that when removed from the bag, they promptly fell apart! Had originally bought them as a little treat for my daughter who is currently in hospital! Safe to say, I did not give her them! Waste of money & wont be returning! Do better @milliescookies
DHL said the delivery was refused which is untrue and it is absolutely impossible to get through to Millie’s cookies customer service.
Ordered a large cookie from Millie’s Cookies for my daughter’s 18th birthday and it was lovely. It tasted really fresh, looked great, and made the occasion extra special. Everyone enjoyed it—would definitely order again.
I order for my kids birthdays every year! Amazing cookie cakes !
Day 3 no cookie and no refund. I did get an email saying the week old cookie it's late and I. It's way. After I told them it's no longer needed. And still no refund. Definitely order from somewhere else
The cookie was so delicious I picked it up from London Paddington and took it with me to Norfolk for a family members birthday after a whole day of travelling the cookie tasted amazing like it was freshly made. The workers were super friendly and the overall experience was great!
It was supremely easy to order and I was able to get next day delivery even on a Saturday
It arrived in beautiful condition an hour before DPD said it would. A huge relief.
I rated 1 star, for the fact their delivery service is not suitable for delivering to a business, as you know majority of businesses close at 5pm. And using a company as DHL to deliver fresh food goods it's just a bad choice all together. When they specialised to deliver big or small parcels from what not company. I am blaming the Millie's Cookies for this bad choice. I will never order again from you guy's. PS: (the cookie will not arrive in time for the business hour's, and DHL will probably keep it on a dusty shelf or van till they will redeliver!)
Ordered online, unaware that further customisations weren’t available unless ordered in store (called my nearest store to make changes after the internet order). Not made clear on website.
The cookie cake was delicious and fresh.
I have ordered from Millie's Cookies online for a lot of years now and also been a regular customer instore. We often order their cookie cakes since my partner prefers them to shop bought birthday cakes.
For his birthday I tried something different and ordered a selection of cookies, so we could have several flavours rather than just the one cake flavour.
Unfortunately it never arrived - it was due on Wednesday 8th and due to poor service from DHL did not come as planned. I have never had this issue from Millie's Cookies before. However, it was quite easy to get in contact with them to let them know.
The customer service person was very responsive, and offered another replacement or a full refund. I opted for the latter and it was actioned straight away.
Although over the years of ordering from here, we have never had a problem, I (and other family members) have had this issue with DHL. I would suggest that Millie's Cookies check the reviews on DHL which are all similar to my personal experience and choose an alternative logistics partner - one which is more reliable.
As a side note, Millie's Cookies did let me know that DHL marked my parcel as missing in transit. I have yet to hear this from DHL themselves, but their tracking just keeps adding a business day at a time (currently waiting for it to arrive on Tuesday 14th April....).
Would be 5* if it weren't for Millie's Cookies choice of delivery partner - the only let down really.
Lovely cookies great for birthday if you don’t like cake would definitely recommend
Great option instead of a cake
Son loved it and tasted great
I ordered a cookie well in advance for Easter. It said it would be shipped on the 1st and arrive on the 2nd. It arrived on the 2nd with a very clear sticker from DPD that it had been picked up on the 31st. The cookie was hard and no one would eat this. It cost £32 plus delivery. I contacted Millie’s and they were pleasant and offered a voucher, I offered course asked for a refund instead. No one at Millie’s mentioned anything about a partial voucher cost or a partial refund they just agreed and then I got an email stating I would get a £10 refund. I spent nearly £40. I called and was told a manager was dealing with it. The manager emailed to tell me I could t escalate anywhere apart from trading standards and that £10 was more than anyone else would have received. At no point in any emails did anyone mention £10 until they sent it to my bank. How can I replace the item I bought with £10? Absolutely terrible service and I will never use Millie’s again and I will ensure I tell everyone I encounter and will follow up with trading standards. I advise you steer clear but looking at recent reviews it seems standard behaviour which is very concerning.
Will never use again. Just received the COLDEST reply from “customer services” about my order for a poorly relative.
Sometimes I need to remind myself to support the smaller businesses because the larger ones really couldn’t care less about their customers.

Despite saying next day delivery and being charged a hefty delivery fee the product was a day late. I ordered a double layer, thank goodness I did, the double layer cookie is so thin, if it was a single layer I would doubt a slice would remain intact when cut. I've had cookie cakes from Millie's before and they were not that thin. Also the writing and coloured decoration was blurry and had run into the white icing. Very disappointing after spending £35.98

I’ve been a regular customer for around 20 years, and most family birthdays have included at least one of your giant cookies, along with seasonal ones throughout the year. Unfortunately, the last few we’ve bought have been dry and tasted stale. At the same time, the price has increased significantly. We hoped the first one was just a one-off, but after the same experience again for the third time, we feel the quality has dropped while the cost has risen. Sadly, we won’t be purchasing again.

2 boxes of 12 cookies ordered, they have been pressed together when hot and just break when trying to separate them, so effectively ended up with 6 cookies per box. They look like they've been intentionally pressed together. Didn't have enough to go around. Only managed to separate 2 cookie out of the box. The rest just fell apart and we ended up with a box of crumbs. Here's a basic tip. LET THE COOKIES COOL BEFORE WRAPPING THEM.

Perfect cookie cake for my daughter. Ordered a day or 2 before and picked it was amazing! Will definitely use again.
