Ordered a celebration cookie share box for a nursery leaving present plus a cookie pie for myself because I couldnt resist.

First off just want to say how impressed I was with customer service, I some how managed to delete my confirmation email and was panicking about the date I had selected, emailed customer service and they promptly replied with attached confirmation email, very friendly correspondence too.

The cookie box that was the gift smelt and looked amazing so I have no doubt they tasted as good but my gosh the cookie pie was amazing, it tasted so good and was so morish!

Will definitely be ordering from here again! Thank you x

I had an issue with my delivery where royal mail didn't deliver it but it went missing and within days the team had made another one and set it out free of charge with no questions asked!

New home cookie was delivered in good time, it was a gift so I didn’t have the pleasure of tasting it!! However the recipient says it was delicious & that it had arrived intact, I have also gifted the mini cookies with the the trio dipping sauce to the same person recently which were also well received & enjoyed, I will continue to use your company in the future & may also treat myself!! Ordered from Ooh & Aah quite a few times now and the cookies and dips are always perfect! The cookies are always so fresh and it’s a very good price for the amount of stuff you can get. Very quick delivery too so never have to wait long for your order. Can’t get enough of them! :)

First time buyer but am eager to try more products in the future. Bought for a lazy weekend treat and the whole family loved them. They last well and the box was full with a good amount of dipping sauce to last to the last cookie. They were soft and chewy just the way we like them

I made a mistake when I ordered my cookies for my sons birthday as I misread the delivery options. We were going to take these on holiday with us. The Team at Ooh & Aah were amazing at helping me re arrange the delivery and refunding my next day delivery charge. They responded so quickly.
In regards to the cookies and cookie pies I ordered, well they were amazing. Especially the kinder cookie pie. I will definitely be ordering these again.
Also packaged well.

I’ve bought cookie cards and cookie dipping boxes for at least 4 years now and they are always my go to for gifts for people. They taste amazing which is why I was always ordering more but my most recent order demonstrated to me their amazing customer service too! I’d sent a friend a dinky dippers box after a recent bereavement (life is shit but hopefully this makes it a little sweeter and all that) but the day Id chosen for it to be delivered they were actually going to be on holiday. I contacted the team and they said not an issue and just sent the order a few days later when they were due back. Our friends thanked us so much and said it was a great way to bring the family together and a lovely surprise in the post. Can’t thank the team enough and will of course continue to order many more cookies

I have placed 2 orders so far with Ooh & Aah. First I ordered the dinky dunker box with cookie pies, then I ordered the bad boy box.

The delivery is always prompt, the cookies are always fresh, and contents are always accurate! They feel like such a treat and last up to 2 weeks which is great.

My only tiny complaint is that I really dislike the white chocolate - I have tried it in a dip pot, and also in the white chocolate cookie bar and I just find it foul, which is shocking as white chocolate is my go to. I’m sure it’s just personal preference!

I make sure to avoid the white chocolate and eat everything else😁

9/10 and would recommend to others💖

The range and flavours of the cookie are just amazing, are they are just so delicious and so fresh, the dispatch and delivery is so quick aswell , will definitely be purchasing again, I highly recommend them, and they didn’t last too long in my house
