Easy and efficient process, no issues at all

I've had an amazing experience with ONP, particularly with Clare Jackson. She was highly communicative and supportive throughout our conveyancing process. When I encountered an issue with my ISA transfer, she was very understanding of my situation and provided excellent support while I worked through the problem.
Despite our very tight exchange deadline due to the timing of my government bonus, Clare made it possible and reassured me that she would get everything done on time – and she did!

Disappointed with my recent experience of a remortgage transaction.

The firm admitted that incorrect advice was given regarding a title restriction which should have been identified at the outset. This resulted in delays, changing explanations and a formal complaint.

Although the firm apologised and offered compensation, I remain dissatisfied with the overall handling of the matter, particularly as they initially agreed to assist with resolving the issue before later withdrawing from doing so. As a result, I have referred the complaint to the Legal Ombudsman for independent review.

I won't comment further while that process is ongoing, but I hope the matter can now be resolved fairly and lessons are learned to improve the service provided to future clients.
