Absolutely avoid,communication extremely poor,the same person has 2 names.7months of absolute pain and still failed at the 11th hour of mortgage completion.

7 months of pure hell,requests time and time again for the same information,lack of response,rarely got hold of our solicitor on our case,very rarely returned calls,answer machine.Lack of commitment on our case.

Well they replied by e mail with very poor excuses,also admitted that they should have replied to our requests earlier but felt that 'Sorry' was good enough ! Avoid ONP and especially Joey Gilmore/Davies what a comedian who should be a toilet attendant and not the office junior !

terrible service, horrendous customer service, and the solicitors and case workers are unresponsive and cause unnecessary delays to your case and respond to messages about 3 weeks late.

ONP were instructed by our mortgage company to handle our re-mortgage. We had to chase constantly and had a number of issues we had to resolve including; buyers questionnaire not opened or checked after 2 weeks - I had to send again. Emails not answered - when I phoned we were told they had all documents needed, then requested more 2 weeks later. Mortgage offer not downloaded (our broker had to intervene to get this part sorted), mortgage offer not checked as they asked us for a tenancy agreement (we are not a rental property). It has been an extremely frustrating process from start to finish and we (along with our mortgage broker) had to chase constantly to ensure the re-mortgage went through on the date needed. Redemption statement requested too early, then requested for the wrong date resulting in an overpayment coming out of our account on completion day - it was refunded later in the day but caused additional stress. The online portal that they ask you to check for progress on your case is not updated - so we were unable to see what had been done and I got repeated texts about documents that had been received. We also had to pay £120 our end for their services which was not clear at the start (Apart from a document saying we may be subject to additional charges - but no clarity on what these would be) .
A really frustrating process. I work full time as a teacher and my partner is a nurse, so trying to deal with this in the working day was very difficult.
