Great support

I had a difficult problem in renewing one of my domains. The support team was very efficient and after a reasonable waiting time, everything was smoothly fixed.

Most worst experience ever

Most worst experience ever! We are in the process of moving a domain name and after handing over the domain transfercode they are now not willing to work with me to change the nameservers which seems to need an additional approval code. I can't recommend this party, there customer experience is none existing.

Delay in Support Response – Domain Renewal Issue

I am experiencing difficulty communicating with the support team, as there has been no prompt response. I am facing an issue with renewing my domain, and despite contacting support via email and live chat for more than three days, the problem has not yet been resolved.

The Human agent support were good and…

The Human agent support were good and responsive but the transition from AI agent to the Humen agent is not good.
it takes longer time for it to be sent to a agent.
also AI agent stops responding to messages after it send the transfering message and we dont see any ticket or any reference.

basically no status after that. need to try multiple times to get a hument agent.

My domain has been down for 3 days

My domain has been down for 3 days and I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone to help me restore it. Their ai assistance in unhelpful. I created a ticket they provided me a troubleshooting link that produced an error message. I have been waiting on the chat function for 15mins waiting for someone to respond to me. This is ridiculous.

Fake website

I will not recommend to any user to purcahse any domain, and business email package , Trust me , I paid them already and i am waiting to acctivate my business email ids , from last 2 weeks , they always saying that the relevant department is working on it, but the sissue still not resolved , Go to GoDaddy , if someone want to purcahse any domain , and business email ids package , Onlydomain is really bad and seems fake , I talked to them multiple times , but my issue still not resolved , even i paid fees also . I really hate this platform now .

Just had to move all my customers' products

Just had to move all my customers' domains and email boxes from Only Domains due to glitchy technology and bad support. I note that mysteriously when one star reviews land on Trustpilot there seem to suddenly be some glowing five star reviews to offset them. Believe the one star reviews and don't be fooled - register your domain, email box etc elsewhere.

I am trying to renew my registration

I am trying to renew my registration, as the OnlyDomains webpage for payment is not working, eg it's not progressing to take payment. I have tried to get help, OnlyDomains chat bot is useless, just running in circles and there human help (support) just as useless. I have been trying for over 2 weeks and I'm now worried that I will loose my domain name. Be smart and find a better domain registrar

Hello,
I have been trying to contact their support team for a week, no response from their end only the AI is giving trained chat. Don't expect this only domain can solve any of your problems but you will lose the money and your domain. Stay away❗️❗️
