Couldn’t fault OHS had a little problem they got back to me within 24 hrs. Received my items next day good quality for the price would shop with them again.

I ordered sheet and pillowcases and both have dirty marks on them the 2 bolster cushions are so thin

Although very reasonable priced, I do think the price reflects the quality of item, the cushion seating is not how the picture depicts , it looks more rigid it photo whereas it’s moves about always having to adjust very floppy seating . The delivery company package was damaged hence when putting together table had a slight crack and mark to seating so left then not so complimentary review.

I ordered two of the same items and was directed to the refund portal but the postage shops and drop offs only serve Britain and Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland doesn’t have these British drop off places, so I wrote an email explaining and I haven’t heard back, also they have explained that there is a time limit on returning goods so I don’t even know if I will make the deadline. Waiting to hear back from them to give me instructions for The Republic of Ireland 🇮🇪 because the nearest drop off point is 139 km away. We shall see if I can get a refund on the extra item that I ordered by mistake 🙏

The delivery service was excellent, the towels that I ordered are very nice and very good quality, I should have ordered more. I will definitely order some more stuff I give OHS 10 star's.

Jane emailed twice about items missing from my order! Heard nothing back. I know orders can be broken up and delivered separately but I have ordered more of what I ordered in my first order and they have all arrived. Would love a response. The products I did receive are great quality I’m very happy with them just worried about the rest of my order and would love a response!
