As delivery service was meant to deliver 2 parcels today and I only received one and both trackers say both had been delivered. I have ordered from this company a few times for home essentials and are very pleased with there products and service each time. The quality of the items are excellent at an affordable price, and any problems you have it is easily fixed with a speedy response with a member of staff when sending and enquiry email

The parcel was left on my doorstep by the courier and it went missing so I reported it to the seller. I was promptly contacted by Limeez from customer services who issued a replacement which I have now received. I would like to add that the courier YODEL again left the parcel on the doorstep where it could have been taken. I heard the knock on the door but the delivery driver had gone by the time I had answered. I do understand that delivery drivers are under pressure to reach delivery targets but surely not at the expense of customers property.

I've bought a few items now and was a bit unsure at first because the prices seemed so cheap, but honestly the quality has been great!

I did have an error with the delivery on my most recent order which meant dealing with customer service - but Sharnté was a pleasure to deal with; transparent about what was going on, kept me in the loop the whole time, and offered a range of options to solve it.

Even with the delivery issue (which was no fault of theirs) I'll definitely be ordering again. The customer service was great and you can tell they genuinely care about looking after their customers and offering good quality at affordable prices.

What a excellent company to deal with. My order had a slight hiccup one parcel delivered and the second parcel didn't arrive until 2 days later all ordered at same time. On opening the parcel I discovered a few missing parts. Contacted OHS and received immediate reply from Leeaqaĥ she followed it through to the end and I received a partial refund for the missing parts which I had been able to get myself. Will definitely be using this company again and will recommend to family and friends. Once again thank you OHS for both quick delivery and reconciliation of the problem

Would return if it hadnt been such a big item, no screw holes lined up on chairs had to pay somebody to make new ones to assemble floor cushion came completly ripped along the seam had to fo in the bin no wonder things are in the sale

Appaling experience ordered on 29th June 2026 and still haven’t received my order on 9th July 2026. They seems to takes ages to confirm order had been sent then absolutely shambles by the delivery company and now saying they will deliver to an Inpost locker and not my home, for which I paid £3.95 delivery yet I have to go and collect myself!! Would not recommend this company or their delivery company, both are an absolute joke. Their customer service is appalling too just repeatedly saying they understand my frustration and they are looking into it and just telling me what I already know from the inpost tracking app!! Ridiculous!!! Was going to place another order but I am not going to bother and certainly won’t be recommending!!

Never bought from this company before, so was a bit nervous about quality etc. I have to say I was really pleased with the quality of the cover etc. I bought a king size quilt, but the sheets were a double ( as that is what the mattress is) . I ordered the extra long depth as I have a lot of trouble trying to get double fitted sheets to fit. Delivered was on time & it comes altogether in a box. Will definitely be buying products again.
