Bought a nest of tables in the sale. Very poor quality and as I was screwing in the first leg it snapped in half

I’ve bought a few things from OHS and was never disappointed. Good prices and quick delivery. I accidentally got sent the wrong item, the OHS team dealt with it efficiently and with courtesy, sending the correct item in no time. I will definitely continue to bye from OHS.

2 out of 4 items appear to have been vacuum packed when wet. Mould on the garden pillows . The ones that were ok were good value, but won’t be ordering from them again.

Answered my email with in a few hours and resolved the problem

Had an issue but they resolved the issue immediately very satisfactorily.

Had an issue with a misplaced parcel and this was not OHS’ fault purely down to the courier. Contacted OHS and it was resolved in a couple of hours. Great customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service — I would not recommend.

I placed a large order on Sunday for my twin daughters’ room and paid for next-day delivery. However, the only parcel I received arrived on Tuesday and contained just three of nine items.

I have tried contacting customer services, but the response times have been extremely slow, with replies coming through at a rate of around one message per day. I was initially told they could send the rest of my order and was asked to confirm which items were missing, which I provided. However, I was then told I needed to make a claim with Yodel.

This is extremely frustrating, as the box I received was only large enough to hold the three items inside. I ordered nine items in total, so there is no way the full order could have been packed into that one parcel. This is clearly something that needs to be investigated by the company rather than being passed on to the courier.

There has still been no resolution, and the whole process has become incredibly frustrating. I keep having to repeat the same information with no customer service phone number available to speak to someone directly.

Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from here again.

I had a very positive experience with Online Home Shop, particularly with Limeez from the Customer Service team. Limeez was polite, professional, and incredibly efficient throughout. Every email was responded to promptly, and I was kept updated at every stage.

Although the issue itself was outside of Online Home Shop’s control, Limeez handled everything with genuine care and made the process as smooth and stress free as possible. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and my refund was processed promptly once the investigation had been completed.
