Hugo was very professional and helped.
Hugo was very professional and helped me to complete the filling of my company statement. I wanted to do it on my own, but later I discovered thta I tried it and it was not successful. For example my company personal code would not accept the 11 digits, which looked odd. Hugo proposed to do it with me and I had to give him these 2 digits remaining that was accepted from his end. Therefore, I could complete the rest of the filling easily. He was very helpful and polite!

Very poor experience
Very poor experience. This company advertises itself very similar to Companies House. I filed to close a company - a simple administrative task - and they charged me £131. I quickly realised that you can do this direct on Companies House for £13, so asked for a refund almost immediately. They refused, stating that they had already "started the service" citing automated workflows. I challenged this, they refused. Luckily I submitted all the evidence to my credit card provider who raised a dispute and I received all the money back that way.

From the information available to us, an order was placed through our Online Filings platform, but the information required to complete the application was not provided. We also sent reminder emails to help guide you through the remaining steps. As the required identity verification was not completed, we were unable to submit the filing to Companies House.
As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) registered with Companies House and supervised by HMRC for Anti-Money Laundering purposes, we are legally required to verify the identity of all directors and users before submitting filings on their behalf. These checks are a mandatory part of the process and ensure filings are made in line with the relevant regulations.
Online Filings is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with Companies House or GOV.UK. We provide a platform that helps businesses manage their company filing requirements, although customers are always free to file directly with Companies House if they prefer.
Regarding the £131 package you selected, this included both the Companies House filing fee and our Registered Office Address Service. This service allows a company to use our address as its registered office instead of a personal home address. When a company is dissolved, the registered office shown on the Companies House register remains part of the public record, meaning customers can keep their home address off the register. As Companies House records remain publicly accessible for up to 20 years after dissolution, many customers find this an important privacy benefit.
That said, we understand your concerns, and we can confirm that a refund has since been issued. We also value your comments, as they help us identify opportunities to improve both our processes and the experience we provide.

Difficult verifying one director who…
Difficult verifying one director who did not have her phone able to accept emails. We eventually solved the problem by using a different mobile. Received a notification from Companies House informing us we hadn’t filed our return despite confirmation we had.

Do not ever use this company
Do not ever use this company. Paid for confirmation statement service by accident as my accountant had already filed. No service at all provided than to Collect my money from bank but won’t refund my payment . I’ve raised a complain with my bank. Keep dimming emails and terrible service with no contact on the phone . Just terrible
