Very easy to order samples to check…

Very easy to order samples to check out the quality, used these guy's 4 times for carpets not any issues at all,
Carpets were all excellent quality and the pricing was excellent value, delivered mostly on time apart from 1 order, which took a little longer than expected, but my advice would be order earlier than you need.
Would have no issues using these guys again.

Second order from Online Carpets and great service again. Lovely carpet and great price, fast delivery.
First order was for vinyl flooring which was a large size we needed in one piece and good quality and price.

Just go local

This has been one of the most stressful, unprofessional, and disappointing online purchasing experiences I've ever had.

A faulty landing carpet (8m x 5m) was delivered to me. As the fitters began installing it, the backing started separating from the carpet. The issue was so obvious that the fitters ultimately stopped the installation altogether, as there was no point continuing with a defective product.

I first contacted Online Carpets on 10 June to report the problem. Communication was extremely slow, with only one reply per day, typically arriving at the end of the day. After nearly two weeks of back-and-forth, Online Carpets finally agreed on 20 June to collect the faulty carpet and issue a refund.

Throughout this process, I made it clear that the carpet had already been cut and partially fitted before the defect became apparent. Following your advice, I rolled the carpet pieces up as best as possible and prepared them for collection.

However, when your driver arrived today, they refused to collect the carpet because it was not taped up in its original packaging.

Considering the carpet was faulty, had already been cut during installation, and you were fully aware of this before arranging collection, this refusal is completely unreasonable and has only added further frustration to an already poor experience.

At this point, I genuinely regret not using a local carpet retailer from the outset.

Having reviewed the order history, we can see that the issue was reported after installation had commenced and that arrangements were subsequently made for the goods to be collected and refunded.

As part of arranging the collection, guidance was provided explaining that the carpet would need to be rolled, secured, and prepared appropriately for transport. This is required so our collection partners can safely handle and return the goods through the delivery network. Unfortunately, upon attendance, the condition and preparation of the carpet were not as we had expected based on the arrangements and instructions provided, and as a result, the driver was unable to proceed with the collection.

We appreciate that preparing partially fitted flooring for collection can be difficult, particularly where goods have already been cut and handled during installation, and we are sorry for the additional inconvenience this caused.

Your case remains under review with our Customer Care Team, and we will continue working with you directly to bring the matter to a resolution.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Delivery was a joke as courier sent me a delivery window after it was delivered, not even told which date prior to it arriving! Not the company’s fault but they should use a more reliable courier. Then when my fitter arrived they’d sent the wrong flooring having put two different delivery labels on the same parcel. Meaning I had to pay my fitter double. No recompensate just a “sorry you should have unpacked and unrolled it and checked that we’ve actually got it right”

Absolutely brilliant company

Absolutely brilliant company. Bought their carpets for two properties. Both are fab. The customer services people are very friendly and helpful. The deliveries come quickly and the drivers are professional and the last driver helped me get the carpet into the back bedroom. Love this company and highly recommend

Samples were delivered quickly and I was able to choose effectively from these. Delivery was prompt and free. So pleased with the quality and the price. I saved so much by buying online. I would definitely recommend and will be using again.
