Beware. Online-cigars will ONLY ship Cubans to US without bands and boxes. Great way to not get what you pay for.
Generally very good, but recently disappointing.
I've bought quite a lot from Online Cigars and in general the service has been very good.
Recently I placed two orders which they were unable to fulfil, due to some sort of glitch that placed an additional 1500 or so stock lines on the site. Mistakes happen and this was no big deal - I was offered the option of store credit or a card refund and opted for the latter, but from this point onward matters deteriorated.
Refunds were finally received over two weeks after the orders were placed and required some coaxing via email. To add insult to injury the card transaction fees have not been refunded, which I find wholly unacceptable in a situation that was entirely of the company's own making.
I will certainly continue to buy from Online Cigars as their pricing is favourable, but payments will continue to be via methods offering a significant level of protection and certainly not by bank transfer which is the only means of avoiding the recently introduced card transaction fees.
This has the been first occasion on which I had a noteworthy issue and it is disappointing to experience such a poor approach to customer services.

I have ordered twice now from online…
I have ordered twice now from online cigars in 2025. My first order was Flor De Oliva box of 25 and really firm cigars so no draw from them. I then ordered AJ Fernandez Cameroon Gordo and same issues, really poor draw and little smoke output. I store my cigars in a humidor with a hygrometer at 20C and 65RH. I have Boveda packs in and they are in a dark room closet. I advised Onlin Cigars and they said store for two months in humidor till they are in good quality, which I have but still the same issue. Poor Quality cigars. I wonder if they are getting old stock from suppliers.

Poor quality but excellent service!
I recently ordered a box of Rocky Patel Connecticut cigars, but unfortunately they didn’t meet the usual high standards I’ve come to expect.

Double charged and Order not received
Double charged my order onto my credit card. Company response was not their fault… nonsense!! Furthermore, my Order was for a gift to a friend.. when ordered I was concerned about delivery to US and asked about that. I was told by customer service that they never have a problem with customs, so do not worry. Long story short.. since my order had not arrived in the time company said it would be (which would have been in time for me to give the gift), I checked tracking and saw that customs had tried to reach the company, couldn’t and abandoned the order. So obviously the order was not being delivered to me! I asked for a refund. Company didn’t do it. I had to file a dispute with Mastercard. I Keep receiving email from company with excuses why this is unusual… now months after I placed the order. When placed this order, I needed it for a gift .. that time has passed. I purchased an alternative gift. This company should do the right thing .. not dispute my request made to Mastercard to delete this charge made to my account!!!
