HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF THE COMPANY AND ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED OF THEIR PERFORMANCE AND PROFESSIONAL WORK.
BUT MY LATEST ORDER FROM THEM MADE ME DEEPLY UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED,MAINLY BECAUSE OF THEIR SPANISH CARRIER COMPANY CORREOS.
I ORDERED A BOX OF PADRON IN EARLY DECEMBER AND EXPECTED TO RECIEVE IT FOR NEW YEAR CEREMONY,BUT UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT RECIECVE THE PARCEL NEITHER FOR NEW YEAR NOR TILL NOW.
I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE PERSONALLY AND EMAILED THEM BUT NO CLARIFICATION CAME.
LATER I WROTE TO COMPANY,S CUSTOMER SERVICE,THEY EXPRESSED THEIR SURROW AND PROMISSED TO PURSUIT THE PROBLEM.
2 DAYS AGO AFTER 49 DAYS AFTER ARRIVAL OF PARCEL TO LOCAL POST OFFICE,I ASKED TO REFUND MY ORDER IN THEIR ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM THEM,BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY REPLY FROM THEM.
SO, I AM THINKING TO CHANGE MY COMPANY AND BUY FROM OTHER ONLINE CIGAR SHOPS.
