They responded as soon as they were able. It took a little fir them to understand what I was looking for but as soon as they understood I had my answers. Very friendly and accommodating.

Raj has been extremely helpful in getting me all the documents I needed since I closed my account. He was very quick and professional in his responses, and kept me updated along the way. Thank you! Juno has had the best banking customer service I have experienced by far.

I have enjoyed using my Juno account from day one. Due to a fault of my own my account went overdrawn and was locked. I paid the overdrawn amount and they unlocked the account and gave me another chance. I am extremely happy with my Juno account! I highly recommend!

The patience the technician has in explaining to customers the way the system works and what has changed.
One of the issues I had was adding funds to my Juno account so that I could purchase crypto with it. My financial service would not let me use my debit card to purchase crypto. The Juno system let me purchase from my Juno Mastercard debit card. I just need to work on furnishings funds.

So far this is the best debit card I've ever had!

1) The cashback program really caters to people who love entertainment, food, and gaming!

2) Adding money to it is easy. ALSO you get points to redeem just for using the card! AND 3%-5% back on your account balance depending on how much you have in there!

Honestly, there's too many reasons to use Juno.
