I have had to dispute transactions…
I have had to dispute transactions several times, the last time my account was cleaned out by almost identical transactions over and over every 2 mins till my account was drained from a state I dont live in. The fraud department and card services should have flagged this as suspicious activity and just allowed my whole account to be drained. After that my payroll checks have been stuck at "Receiving". I get paid by direct deposit and have never with any bank including Juno holding my funds. or have I ever seen my US Government pay check stuck at funds receiving. If you call they answer the phone and tell you a whole lot of nothing. I even had an employee say "Its out of my hands", um excuse me? My funds are supposed to be in your hands

High fees and slow service equals a bad experience
Juno is a Bank and Cyrpto provider that's about it. If you like waiting up to 8 hours for a customer service agent to reply and think that's a good thing well this is the online bank for you. The fees to send crypto are outrageous also if you use that horrific bank CashApp and send money instantly to Juno you get charged 0.99 cents both ways . So let's say you want to send 10 bucks from Cashapp to Juno. Cashapp charges you and Juno charges you so your paying approximately 19% to send instant funds. They outsource customer service to India which I'm fine with because the agents truly are courteous and polite. Yet extremely slow to respond and that's even if you can get a message through. All in all if you want a safe way to move crypto expect high fees but a safe environment. If I had to do it all over again since I've been with them for a couple years I'd not have an account with them. The fees have just become outrageous 😒.

I love Juno. It's a crypto wallet and bank account on one! No need to go through expensive marketplaces to buy or sell crypto then transfer to your bank account. I use my juno account as my main account now. You can even fund it through cash app! Their customer service is phenomenal! Specifically their rep Juhi recently helped me with a merchant who rejected a charge(my own fault) but Juhi helped me through the situation like an Ace!

I'm pressing charges
I'm pressing charges, I'm calling fraud on the fact that this is a scam to obtain your utility bill by someone who is trying to sell something or change your utility account to another provider.
I've provided verification, not to mention that I set the account up myself. They are refusing to let me change the address it's just that the error message says that the address isn't recognized.
The same error message popped up for 50 different addresses. This is obviously fraud before there's even any money deposited.
