Lost Money even with FDIC Insured

Lost Money even with FDIC Insured. I put my money seeing Juno bank, not Evolve, not Synapses . Juno team does not own the burden. Evolve Bank does not give proper reasoning. Synapsys bank is out somewhere. I lost my money and do not even know whom to reach out to recover the money. This is horrible experience and no one should go through such situation. I wish to close my account as soon as it is settled but i think this issue will never be settled.

Never do business with this group

Never do business with this group. They have stolen millions of dollars from depositors and will not take any responsibility. In their propaganda for soliciting business they insinuated that all dollars were FDIC insured. They never pointed out that the passed the dollars on to a middle man that was not a bank to deposit the dollars with banks....lo and behold the middle man declares bankruptcy and all dollars have disappeared. Shame on OnJuno! Some people belong in jail!!!

Don't lose your money with Juno!!!!

I concur with everyone else regarding Juno's failure to resolve the Evolve Bank fiasco. My son is 22 and his first 2 years of hard earned savings ($27,000) is now lost because the bank Juno is involved with went bankrupt. Your money with Juno is NOT FDIC insured even though they trick you into believing it is. In this very review they will claim to want to contact me about the "resolution." There has been NO resolution for anyone involved. They continue to point the finger.

I would not recommend Juno at all

I transferred about $20,000 in USD to this account. Then I found out we could not exchange the coins and move back to another exchange. Cost 2% every time we transferred money because they only allow three transfers and a maximum of 5000 US DT per day. I would stay away from exchange as much as possible since supposed to change allow you to transfer as much coins as you want.

JUNO is not helping its users…

JUNO is not helping its users against Evolve Bank & Trust. Evolve supposedly an FDIC is not returning customers funds. Juno is part of this mess and should help users! I dont recommend! Zero protection.

JUNO BANK IS NOT A REAL BANK!

Every person that has banked with them lost all their money. Essentially, we were robbed from our own “banking” company.

All money is likely gone

Like thousands of others, I foolishly trusted Juno with my money, thinking they were as safe as any other online-only bank. How wrong I was. I had $5K deposited in Juno when the Synapse fiasco started and all accounts were frozen. Juno didn't even bother to inform me. I only found out when my bill payments started bouncing. Now it sounds like it will be many months before I find out if I will ever see a penny of my money again. Run far away from this app and this company!

Crooks.…

Well I would have only given less than one star that you have to say one start at least. I do not give it lovingly! I hate this place who still their money and for months now has no resolution to give it back, yet they move on with any other banking firm who supposedly is better than the first one and the first one is only in this view with Juno finance.... by the way, Evolve Bank is not with any other conflict with any other banking partners...Just JUNO.FINANCE!!!

I lost my savings, not FDIC insured

All accounts have been frozen and millions of dollars of customer funds are missing. I've lost everything I put in the account on May 11, 2024. Its not FDIC insured not a safe place to deposit money. Stick with dealing directly with federally regulated banks, I know I will from now on. Regulators aren't doing anything to help us since Juno isn't a bank.

Please stay away from this app

Please stay away from this app. People have lost their life savings and they haven't taken any responsibility. In fact I've reached out to them several times for updates, but for some reason their system won't give me any updates via emails. I along with many user have lost their hard earned money through this app. They always kept changing their practices, first they slyly changed the 5% APR thinking they will fool their customers. And now all the customer funds are frozen and they expect users to join them again with new partner banks, what a joke!!
Their practices are highly shady with no moral integrity, they used to be my favorite app as they were giving cashbacks on major retail chains, but slowly it all went away with no prior notification. I guess the recent changes make sure that they will never get any customers back and for anybody thinking of joining this app for any of their promotional marketing gimmicks, please stay away as they will lose your money too.

Update: just spoke to their team after their response to my review and they are still clueless to when this will be resolved and they still don't know when will their customers get their money back. Simply amazing.

Juno has been a terrible custodian of our money. They advertised that the money being deposited will be safe with FDIC, but it hasn’t been. People have lost their life savings in putting money with Juno.

This bank is a scam, stay away.

This company has locked all accounts for the last month. One of their partners has gone bankrupt and an FDIC trustee has been assigned. Their only response is that “this isn’t their fault, and they are working as fast as possible”. This bank has always been “scammy”, and now they’re trying to avoid declaring bankruptcy, while ruining the financial lives of their customers. I will live the rest of my days making sure nobody gets robbed like I have. The management from this bank should be in jail, and I cannot wait to hear all the scummy things they did to lose my money. Please save yourself the trouble; and bank elsewhere.

I have no access to my funds

I have no access to my funds, and they are saying that they have a problem with Evolve bank and trust. I can't transfer to my bank, and I cannot move it into crypto.

Great customer service

Very prompt customer service and better yet, even quicker in terms of resolving issues. Juhi on the front lines was awesome and took ownership of the issue and coordinated with their backend team to provide a quick solution!
