Easy to obtain a quote online and very competitive. However, unless you immediately sign up they are constantly chasing you up by phone to get you to sign up. Personally when i receive this level of aggressive Sales tactics i tend to walk away as it makes you think “is their pricing to good to be true”. Fortunately another family member has been with them and recommended them, so i have signed up but i dont like their Sales tactics.

I didn't realise this company existed until recommended by the lettings agent. How easy is it to have one monthly payment for all your utility bills? It is a gamechanger! The staff over the phone were friendly, warm, personable and professional- they made the process easily and quick. I find the app an efficient way to engage with the company. Thanks 😊

Do not trust this company. They’ve allowed my credit file to receive a default because they kept the bill in my name and didn’t make a payment for 3 months even though I contacted them so many times stressing for them to pay it! It’s now been 2 months since the default was applied to my credit file and all they keep saying is we’ve contacted EDF to remove it but have no update yet. They do not care about their customers at all. It’s not effecting them so who cares. Il never use this company again, the amount of time I’ve spent contacting them and chasing things up is ridiculous. They’re meant to make life easier but they’ve done nothing but the complete opposite the whole 5 months I’ve been stuck with them. Cannot wait to be rid of them.

We have been using One Utility Bill over the last year and have found the service incredibly convenient. We are moving house soon, and thankfully, the process has been super easy thanks to Tim Mirsadeghi. Tim dealt with everything so quickly and concisely, letting us know exactly what was happening and what we needed to do. I cannot thank Tim enough for sorting this out for us and taking away what could’ve been an additional stress during a house move, which has been lovely to avoid!

I am not one to write poor reviews, I prefer to praise excellent service and keep critiques to myself. In this case, I feel I need to share my experience.
I am finding my experience with One Utility Bill becoming incredibly frustrating and not worth the hassle. At this point I am paying a premium to chase and fix issues on their behalf. 5 calls to One Utility Bill in 2.5 months?
It started great in terms of setting up services, although I did get increasingly annoyed by the team on the phone trying to sell me on unlimited gas after I rejected it 3 times. Probably should have read the signs then that I should decline their services.
Moving in and getting my bills sorted and my broadband set up was a breeze and it all seemed set to go. In that first week of living at my new property, I had 2 to 3 calls from One Utility Bill trying to upsell the gas yet again! Annoying, but I thought of it as nothing but a small nuisance and I just didn’t answer their calls after that. Life got on.
Well, I received a bill for my water, addressed to me. I contacted One Utility Bill and they said they would have everything sorted and not to worry. 3 weeks go by and I get a “reminder” from my water provider, saying I had not paid yet. So I messaged One Utility Bill again and they said “oh, this happens, they take time to switch.”
Well, another 1 or 2 weeks go by and I get FINAL reminder to pay my bill. So I call my water provider and ask if there has been any effort to get this fixed by One Utility Bill and they said NO! Luckily they put my account on hold until I could get it fixed.
I called One Utility Bill and the representative said “I am seeing that my address is a little different between what is on the One Utility account and what is on the bills from the water provider.” So apparently, this was the issue. But the solve meant that they would need to reset the account for water. No elaboration here, it was just for the WATER bill.
HOWEVER! It appears as though they hit restart on EVERYTHING associated with my accounts, including my internet! So now, I am seeing that I have an Open Reach appointment AGAIN in 2 weeks time (even though I had internet) and that means my internet is CUT OFF! I am without internet for 2 weeks?? I work from home predominantly and now have to pay MORE for a personal hot spot to get my work done. Also means I can’t stream anything at the end of the day. What could have been helpful in this situation is if the representative warned me that all services need to be reset, so that I could prepare for this situation. Or we could problem solve - instead of updating my bills address, we update my One Utility Bill address to match the bills. Nope.
And good luck trying to call them on a Wednesday before work, their day starts at 10AM? Have to take a chunk of time out of work to solve issues that shouldn’t exist. Once I was able to call, I had a nice representative explain that all they can do is raise a query to their broadband support team to assist. Which, from the sound of things, means nothing can be done. More than likely I have to wait 12+ days to get my Internet sorted, no help, no compensation. Just empty “I’m sorry, I understand your frustration.”
This whole experience has just left me completely baffled, angry and bitter.
If anyone is moving and they get a call from One Utility, I would recommend they avoid their calls and set up their own service. Not worth the time and pain. I will also call the real estate agency who “recommends“ One Utility Service to tell them my poor experience to save future people the headache.

So far so good, still getting to know the "system". Everyone I have spoken too has been extremely helpful and patient. As an 80 year old and tending to be far more cautious and nervous about trust, I am reserving further comment.

I was a One Utility Bill customer for two years. During that time, I had no issues with the utility providers and didn't need to make any complaints about the service—hence the two stars. However, I had no idea how much gas or electricity I was actually using; there was no information available regarding monthly consumption or provider rates—I simply paid a set amount to One Utility Bill each month. After ending the contract, I discovered that I could have obtained the services directly from the providers for 30% less.
