Top customer care at osgs, couple of issues with my delivery that was very quickly taken care of by Logan who went above and beyond co correct them. Give the man a raise!

Love this grow store excellent customer service I ordered the rong thing I emailed them right away and thay fixed it right away very friendly people only place I go for my grow stuff evry 1 should use one stop grow shop best place to go thay will help n fix any problems u have best place give them a try 😀

I have been using One Stop Grow Shop for a few years now, and they have not failed me yet. Every order arrives quickly and if any small errors occur (even on my end) they are extremely helpful and fast in resolving them. It is a super friendly team so I cannot recommend them enough.

onestopgrowshop staff are very easy to talk to which is usually not the case with many other outfits one has to deal with. I had a problem with a small order and I rang up and got it sorted just like that! Approachable; friendly; very helpful: what's not to like? They are now my go to website. Can't fault them especially a lady called Ren.

I ordered an item off the website but something was missing when it was delivered and the employee handling my issue was very polite and calm when speaking to me on the phone. Also they helped get my order dispatched the next working day. The service was great and I would definitely recommend the site to anyone looking to get into gardening.

Good communication and good service

I had ordered 2 x 1 litre Seafuel. Beth contacted me to say that 1l Seafuel was out of stock, would I accept a 2.5 litre for the same price - which was a good price anyway. What a great service. Thanks Beth.

After receiving the incorrect size of produce the staff resolved the issue quickly with good communication throughout the process. Allways a happy customer.

Good company had bitta issue with delivery all sorted straight away

After placing my order, I received a mail from you telling me there was a delay, and that you were on the case, so I was willing to be patient, and then you told me that you were chasing it up,,,, I was ready to wait some more 😉 but Beth said in her mail that she was doing what she could to get my order off to me, withing no time she sent another mail saying 'it's on its way'.
Excellent customer service, the kind that deserves respect these days.

Amazing products and sales every time but the one thing that I have to highlight is the after sales and any issues I’ve have had have been resolved within the hour of emailing! Can’t thank these people enough 🙏🙏🙏

I ordered the omega infinity pro grow tent kit next day delivery. over a week later I finally get a delivery only to be hugely disappointed there is no led light with the kit. after emailing to make them aware of there mistake I was told this item was not instock So she gave me 3 options
1 wait over a month for the light
2 get a partial refund of half the value of the light leaving me paying full price for a budget tent and accessories with no light for the kit.
3 a low quality cheap led that was instock no partial refund.
None of these options helped me in anyway at this point I just wanted to send it back and get my money back but that wasn't an option for them they sent me a light and told me they would contact me on the 10th of June to swap the light for my original infinity pro led still havent heard from them since needless to say this shop is a shambles they all tell you different excuses and lie with a smile once they have your money they don't care about you or how your grow suffers from their incompetence 100% won't be back

Ordered some silent ducting and never received any shipping updates so I shot them an email. Turns out it’s out of stock and if I wait a week it will be delivered. I thought no problem I’ll wait, same thing again. Day before my delivery is due I still have no shipping updates, shoot them another email, same thing again it’s still out of stock, either wait or get a refund. I ask for a refund and was told it’s processed and to wait 1-5 days for it to be back in my bank account. 4 days later I receive an email saying my refund has been processed and to allow 10 days for it to be back with me. I’m assuming that will be business days and is potentially going to be two weeks away. It’s only £30 but I’m disabled and currently can’t work so I can’t even buy a replacement from elsewhere and I’m desperate. What really stings is the ducting is still advertised as in stock on their website and has been the whole time.
I will say their customer service rep Beth is extremely friendly.

5 STARS reflects One Stop Grow Shop's (particularly Keiran's) handling of a small problem with online delivery. Just brilliant. There was no hesitation from Keiran in dealing with the problem politely and swiftly. Thank you. Colin
