Good company, but their bad for sending you a delivery that's comes on 3 separate deliveries. It's always the thing you need most that's last to arrive. Apart from that their well stocked and deliveries can and are usually quick... I've used them religiously for over 10 years now and are a great company...

I Had bought too lights one arived damage was refunded right away no problem the a few months later the other stop working and they refunded me instantly ten out of ten service and will be buying from them again soon

Purchased item Monday, chased Wednesday.

Item not in stock, no ETA.

The item was in stock on the website.

No one let me know, no automated refund..
Nothing. Four days later I'm back to square one, having to order elsewhere something I urgently required.

My dad's 93 and is still very active in his garden, but doesn't use the internet. So he relies on the phone to buy new equipment.
Most companies don't seem to like to talk to their customers these days, so when he found your company he was really happy.
He's been dealing with Ren.
Her customer service is 1st class and continuity being able to speak to the same person is invaluable.
Ordered on Wednesday, half delivered Friday, remainder Monday...Brilliant service all round.

Quick communication with the lovely Beth! After an item in a bundle was out of stock she emailed quickly and offered a replacement product which I was more than happy with! Will be using this store again for all my needs!

I had an issue with a parcel being delivered but not everything I ordered inside. I emailed to see if I could expect a separate parcel? I spoke to Beth, who got back to me so quick having tracked down the other parcel, and knew it was out for delivery. It still hadn’t arrived days later, obviously due to the courier not the shop. I emailed Beth just to check the parcel really was on its way. She called and I had it delivered within an hour or so. Delighted with the customer service; late delivery clearly our local courier, I see the same issues with this courier from other folk, so Beth did amazing getting this to me in a reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend this shop.

Had an issue with the delivery of my goods and contacted one stop where my case was handled by Beth who was excellent through every step of the procedure.

Great company in regards to products and communication, very attentive and helpful couldn't ask for a better service. DHL messed up a delivery twice and one stop grow shop solve with issuse with ease. I had a very helpful woman Beth, I assume everyone is super helpful. Wanna gonna stop using them cause of DHL but this has given me hope to keep using them.

Wouldn’t use anyone else for my orders. Ordered an item that happened to be out of stock but the order was filled within a week and within timescales Kieran promised so big up, thanks Kieran, have a magical day mate.
