After several attempts to get on to the "system" which was very stressful. I wanted to speak with someone which seems to be non-exsisitant these days. I just wanted to stop my renewal, it tells yo... See more

Scam and fraudulent debit from bank…
Scam and fraudulent debit from bank account avoid at all cost.
In our experience, we would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company or any business operating under the One Call name.
Our insurance policy was cancelled following what we believe was an error by a customer service agent. Since then, we received repeated phone calls and emails over a three-day period requesting payment of more than £190 in cancellation fees. We dispute these charges and are currently seeking advice from Trading Standards and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regarding what we consider to be unfair business practices.
On the morning of 30 June, we discovered that the company had used previously stored card details to take the disputed payment from my husband's bank account. This was particularly concerning because the insurance policy was not in his name. Although his bank card was originally used to pay the initial deposit, we did not expect those card details to be retained and used to collect a disputed payment.
No authorisation was given for funds to be taken from a bank account belonging to someone who was not the policyholder. We are extremely disappointed by this experience and have serious concerns about the company's handling of customer payment information and billing practices.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company or any businesses affiliated with One Call Group.

Not good not bad
Not good not bad, was in the chat queue for over an hour though. And my cancellation refund is going to take 3 to 10 days. You took it fast enough, you should be able to refund it back immediately.

Just a heads up
Just a heads up I received an email saying I was going to be billed £42.50. So got in contact with customer service which were fantastic and they helped me out why this was going to happen and all they needed was screenshot proof that I had 8 years of NCB.
I feel this should have been asked at the start of me filling out all the documents not after a couple of weeks in to the cover.
I’m just pleased that I’ve managed to save myself £42.50 by getting in contact and not just leaving it for the money to then go out of my account when all it was just a screenshot of proof.
Good service today
Good service today, took a little longer than expected but was happy with the service and end result.
Highly recommended …
I couldn't open the portal for some unknown reason so I went online to renew my home contents insurance.
KT7 was the agent I was assigned and she was so helpful.
The process was very quick and easy
I would recommend one click.

I made a mistake with my policy
I made a mistake with my policy, fully expecting a long drawn out call ! No it was sorted in a matter of minutes by Christopher! Excellent service
I’m happy with the service received…
I’m happy with the service received from one click insurance. The customer portal is easy to use to download documents and make amendments. The chat function connect me to real people from the beginning so I didn’t have to deal with bots to get what I needed done. They contacted my insurer on my behalf to query some changes I needed to make and got back to me by email very quickly and provided me with updated documents on the portal quickly too.
Dreadful company
Dreadful company
Massive admin fees
When I realised how much it was going to cost cancelled policy within 14 days, but lost a percentage of my premium
I was easily able to 'chat'to Toni…
I was easily able to 'chat'to Toni online as I needed reassurance my new insurance policy was up and running.
She helped me access my documents, so I could check everything was ok, which it was, so very pleased with the help.
I placed a call back to one call to…
I placed a call back to one call to renew my house insurance. I never got a call back. Eventually I waited and got through. I was informed that I needed one click and I would get a call. Again it never happened. Eventually I renewed on line . I insure my car and my home with them . Do they actually want the business
I applied for an insurance policy
I applied for an insurance policy, paid the full amount, and then my application was rejected without any meaningful explanation. The worst part is that they are keeping my money for up to 10 days before issuing a refund, despite the policy never being activated.
This is completely unacceptable. If you reject a customer's application, the refund should be processed immediately, not after making them wait for their own money. It feels extremely unfair and leaves customers out of pocket for no valid reason.
The communication was poor, the decision lacked transparency, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. I trusted this company to provide a simple insurance service, but instead I was left without insurance and without access to my money.
Based on my experience, I would never use this company again, and I certainly would not recommend it to anyone. There are far better insurers that treat customers with respect and process refunds promptly.
One of the most disappointing customer experiences I've had. Stay away.
Z E R O STARS FOR THIS SCAMMERS !!!
Customer service
Customer service. Thanks for understanding what I was trying to put across. Took a few attempts but in the end the right decision was made and I am very grateful.
Admin fee extortion
I moved house and wanted to make a change to my address on my policy. My policy is worth about £65/year and they wanted nearly £50 to change my address, £42 of that increase was an admin fee!
The advisor Joshua was pretty helpful and did offer me a reduced fee of £24. I also looked at leaving due to this extortionate fee but even that would have cost me £50!
Very good 👍👍
