I signed up 12-2-24 and was charged $73.99. I cancelled in January because I just didn't use it. Received email of cancellation in January. Now, on March 2nd I am billed $66.65! Please refund me and cancel me for real this time! Honestly I can not afford to pay for what is not used!.. Ann.W.

Only communicate AFTER they charge
I get an email for the trial period in December. Then don’t hear anything from the company. Not an email, text notification — about how am I liking them, how is it going…nothing. Next thing I get is a bill for a 3 month subscription. No other notification like, “hi, your subscription renews in a few days” NOPE. Just a hi there, we charged you $70 dollars. If you wanted to cancel make sure you let us know a day ahead of the charge!!! WTF seriously. I was charged no service, and only communicate after the company got what they really care about — $$. I will recommend all my patients, friends, and family to avoid them!!

I tried signing up, but when I got to the page with plans my weight loss graph was wrong. It had my starting and goal weight completely wrong. I figured that if they can’t get this right, then I don’t expect any custom plan. Glad to learn this before they get my credit card.

Scam, not worth any money.
I'm a 17 year old student who currently works 2 jobs, I signed up to this last month, haven't touched the app once, assumed - and probably did by the sounds of it - that I had cancelled my plan. Woke up this morning, guess what? £40 taken out of my bank. I go to check my emails, a receipt from omo... How many times have i used this app you must be asking? 0. Was there an email to warn me about the auto renewal? No.
Anyway, my receipt was sent at 22:28 yesterday, I was asleep. I woke up at 7:40, sent in a refund request at 7:58. I explain my situation, being a student who is struggling financially. What is the response? "Your refund doesnt meet the policy" Yeah Jules, thanks, useful that.
I have requested to speak to someone higher and if I don't get a number, and a refund, I will be making sure that this company fails. I don't care what it takes, maybe I'll lose the weight on my own, become a fitness influencer and spend the entire time saying that Omo specifically isn't worth the money.
I hope your company fails.
Also, Olivia, unless you're going to give me a refund or a phone number, I don't care what you have to offer and no, I won't be changing my review.

What a waste of money
What a waste of money. I am so disappointed I didn’t read reviews first. This is nothing more that a calorie counter with some basic nutritional and health info peppered in. If you are old enough to be menopausal there isn’t anything in here that you don’t already know. Massive waste of money.

Second chance for Omo
I had an issue when I first downloaded the app. The app didn't give much information on how to use.
As for the lessons I did them a multitude of times before I realized you have to click the last page.
They offered me a year free, I took them up on their offer, as long as their was no cost to me and no auto renew.
It's basically a good app., it does what a beginner in weight loss needs.
I did suggest they add to the calorie counter to count a meal (skillet, stew)
That's for the opportunity to try Omo again

Cannot see everything. SAMSUNG.ust signed up a couple days ago
Just signed up a couple days ago, now a revised use agreement and a revised refund terms agreement has popped up over the app. I am on a Samsung, and I can check the agree box, but cannot accept, send, ok, etc... as this page will not scroll! If this app cannot function correctly on my Samsung, I want the refund!

Just a logging app and general advice!
The app asks you lots of questions and promises you a personalised plan for weight loss. Then ask you some money to access it but at the end of the day it is just a system to log on what you do, and eat! No personalised plan whatsoever just some general advice. Such a waste of money!

Avoid whenever possible. I signed for only three months, which expired yesterday. To my amasement, £66.65 was debited from my bank account today for a subscription for the next three months, which I have not signed for. I contacted them this morning, Jules and Peter responded that they could only prolong my subscription for the following 12 months, which is of no value to me. The app did not work for me. This is an example of exploiting others. You stated that you are giving a solution to improve people's health, but in reality, you are making people depressed, discouraged, and forcing your product on them. If it were possible, I would have given a zero star rating. Please avoid Omo if you can; they will exploit you and leave you heartbroken in the end.
Update: I have emailed Olivia as she has requested and she has not provide any solution aside from” We understand your concerns and appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund as your purchase falls outside our refund policy.”

My wife bought OMO 3 in 1 capsules and it has caused the worst outbreak of contact dermatitis ever. Only just found out that OMO 3IN1 capsules caused this after the family using it for two weeks. We couldn't sleep due to the constant scratching it was terrible.

The auto renewal took me by surprise as they took £53.19 from my account without pre notification of the payment due.
I am annoyed with myself as well as the company. It would be good if you had notice of payment going out of your account.

I DONT WANT THE SUBSCRIPTION- you’ve been billing me for over a year and I emailed to say I wanted to cancel almost 6 months ago. Stop offering to extend the subscription for free! I used it for a few weeks, and it didn’t change my life. It’s just food tracking, no frills, no suggestions and the flipping auto renewal has nothing to do with making it easier for your subscribers, it’s so you can make more money from people who are unaware of the auto renewal. You’re a bunch of scum and I hope your company falls flat on its face. Too right if it does.

Awful. The plan was okay at first but I stuck to it for a couple of months and didn’t see results at all. Thought I’d cancelled, couldn’t even log in as it said there was no account in my name anymore. Still auto renewed and took my credit card over the limit and I got charged. Tried emailing OMO and ‘Jules’ the seemingly AI idiot just kept auto replying with no and reasons I dishy qualify - told me to take screen shots but I can’t even get into my account as I cancelled it!! Awful awful awful. Scam artists and fraudsters who will take your money, give no results and not even have a real person on their customer service you can reach.

Beware of Omo – Unethical Auto-Renewal Practices!
I am extremely disappointed with Omo and their shady subscription practices. I unknowingly got charged for an auto-renewed subscription that I did not agree to, and when I reached out for a refund—explaining that I am a struggling student who hasn’t even used the app since December 2024—they refused to help. Instead, they kept deflecting responsibility, claiming that their policies don’t allow refunds, even though I had no idea I was still subscribed.
They did not show any empathy or willingness to assist. I feel completely taken advantage of, and this unexpected charge has caused me financial stress. A company that truly values its customers would handle situations like this with fairness, but Omo clearly prioritizes profit over people.
If you’re considering signing up, BEWARE—they will quietly auto-renew your subscription and refuse to help when you try to get your money back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app!

I initially purchased the subscription from the omo to help to loose weight on April 2024. After using it some time, I do not see any good result as the calorie deficits which catered for me to consume was generic and does not help me to loose weight at all. After trying it for roughly about 4 months, i requested to cancel the subscription as the application does not have any easy cancellation process. There was no reply since!!!! I assumed it got canceled.
Suddenly, I was surprised to check my bank account to see $79 usd have been deducted on feb 2025.
When i emailed the omo team, they are claiming that I do not fit to get the refund policy for wrongful deduction which happened on feb 2025.
They are so adamant that they have to stick to the refund policy but why don't they make sure that the cancellation was requested done correctly!! I was not trying to get the refund for my initial purchase for which they can look into their policy to be fair.
But I am not asking for the initial purchase but the wrongly dedicated amount After my cancellatipn request!!!
They are just trying to scam by saying painting the policy on to customer like us!! I have explained in detail why their program does not work for me but apparently I still do not qualify for refund!!
Please be careful!!
