OMNI 5 STAR , GOLD STANDARD, WOW 👌

I was lucky enough to find my now beloved dog,Barbara, 30th April 2025.She was 4 years old and a therapy dog working with children with autism. She was being separated from her brother and other dogs that she lived with and coming to me. I'm a 66 year old lady, I have no other dogs and I have no experience with dogs prior to Barbara. I think due to all this disruption and the massive changes to her life she has suffered significant trauma and thus, she quickly developed food intolerances to all regular dog kibble.and started to develop anxiety. To cut a long story short, after a few false starts my vet recommended I try Omni food for her. I use Animal Trust , Blackburn, Lancashire, which, again, have proven to be fabulous vets and helped us both get through the stressful times.
Honestly, it sorted her digestive system out her pooh was normal, and regular and I knew she was getting all the right nutrients. You have to be patient and give the food and gut time to settle in together. It was such a relief to have found the right diet for Barbara, her other symptoms, ie, itchy skin soon subsided too.
When I was 💯 that Omni was the right one for B , I set up a subscription, I can honestly say, I can't think of any other Company where I have had a regular purchase that has such a user friendly, customer based,efficient system ( honestly, I can't ) .
It truly is a fabulous Company 👌 I often need to bring my delivery date forward ( various reasons) and every single person that I have spoken to within the Omni team, are always genuinely, warm, friendly and helpful. Once the order is due out ,or you have called to bring it forward , the delivery is actioned and the food is on its way to your front door.
I see some folk have commented on changes with the courier service and sometimes having a few smaller bags sent.
My thoughts on that are, the team are trying to improve their whole system ( keep the cost down maybe, ) and there's going to be teething troubles whilst they tweet it, but honestly, just don't sweat the small stuff,just work with them and support them like they do us 😀
Omni also offer all customers free consultations with a vet .
You just book online , you can usually get an appt for the next day, but most certainly for the day after or whenever fits for you thereafter.
Again, this is such a brilliant , FREE service,
I spoke with one of the vets today, Sophie , regarding Barbara, she is quite anxious and due to her vulnerabilities it can impact on her guts, so I wanted her advice regarding some of the products they have.
She gave me plenty time to tell her about our journey , she kindly listened and talked me through not only the products I was enquiring about , but she advised me to book an appointment with Nikko who is also a vet within the team but he's also a pet behaviourist / psychologist. She informed me that its also a free consultation and he can offer me some support around Barbara's anxiety and how better I could possibly help her with some of her behaviours.

5* Customer service. I had questions regarding products for my fussy dog who had a sensitive tummy. Response to my questions were quick with helpful advice. Products received quickly and every product my dog had tried he’s loved and I’ve noticed an improvement quickly. Can’t thank the Omni team enough for their help & support! Highly recommend!

Amazing product for itch relief!!

Amazing product along side the other Omni products. Really helped my sprocker spaniel with the itching he has especially during the change in seasons. I have seen he is visibly itching less and loves the taste of the treats!

Omni are one of my go-to brands!

Omni are one of my go-to brands. I love the wide range of products available and I'm currently obsessed with their calming plug in. When combined with their stress & anxiety supplements, my dog is now so chill. I've also tried their dried food and my dog enjoys every bite. It's also great peace of mind knowing the brand is created by vets!

Great product & customer services!

Firstly the customer service is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble & response times are fast.
We have tried a few products now, but our favourite has to be the dental sticks. Started to see a difference after about 8 weeks in, but the real changes happened after 3 months +
Overall I would highly recommend Omni 😀

Easy to order as an when I need to…

Easy to order as an when I need to which I prefer to subscription and delivered well packed and promptly. My dog enjoys the food and better for him as he suffers with allergies,as a vegan myself happy to find good quality food for my dog.

I have found the stress tablets have…

I have found the stress tablets have helped my dog a lot with anxiety and will cont to use . Lovely people on the end of the line nothing any trouble if you contact them. Highly recommend Omni.

A pet food service like no other!

Incredible initiative! The Omni team are so helpful and sincere but I was particularly impressed by the level of care from Teri- Ann recently- what a great company! You won’t find a service like this with any other pet food brand. Highly recommended them.

Omni irritated skin

I use the one for irritated skin. It has worked amazingly. Ive now got it on subscription. Definitely recommend for any dog that keeps scratching.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service from Teri-Ann at Omni pet. I had an issue with an order made in error and Teri-Ann was very quick to respond and sort out the issue. She is a fantastic rep for the Omni Pet brand and I will consider ordering again based on this experience.

One very happy dog

The delivery was on time and packaged well. Our transition to Omni has been brilliant. Bob is an older Westie with sensitive, itchy skin.We have noticed a huge change.He is much more comfortable and his stools are no longer runny.

Just want to give a big thank you to…

Just want to give a big thank you to the company for their help and support whether it be via email , vet support calls . Behaviouralist advice . My 3 dogs love the adult sensitive food and was recommended to me last year by my son who raves about it for his dog too .
The prices are reasonable given general prices for a very good quality dog kibble .
Now started one of mine on the stress and anxiety supplements too .
The company are so professional and super friendly . Very quick to respond for support . Highly recommend !!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am very impressed with the customer…

I am very impressed with the customer service, so helpful and understanding.
Willingness to help resolve all issues.
The products are very high standard and packaging robust, maybe an alternative to cellotape could be used that aids recycling? But my dog loves the food and the dentastix and snack pockets.

Omni responded quickly to my order

Omni responded quickly to my order, gave me a discount and delivered promptly. The resultant product meant once a day administration, which I give to my dog before her breakfast, She chomps in one bite as she LOVES the taste. More importantly, within a few days she was no longer asking me for joint massages! Previously on Yumove, she was indicating the need for joint rubs and was stiff in the morning. My Rhodesian Ridgeback has reverted to her bonkers self on walks and (although she still loves her massages) is so much more bouncy and supple again. So happy and thank you Omni!
